About this property

HOUSE BETWEEN COUNTRYSIDE AND SEA

Our small house is located in quiet countryside at the edge of a pretty wood.
It is simple, but warm, surrounded by a large garden completely fenced.

For the interior, the essential is represented in the photos
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilets are apart on the ground floor as well as upstairs.

The master bedroom has a bed 180 x 200 cm
The other 2 bedrooms: beds of 90 x 190 including a trundle bed for a possible fifth bed

The house is equipped with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher as well as television, WIFI
Garden furniture, small barbecue (charcoal) are at your disposal as well as a fireplace for the evenings a little cooler ...

Férel, small market town offering a few small shops such as a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher etc, is located about fifteen kilometers from the sea. Several very beautiful beaches are available to you.

The small city of character LA ROCHE BERNARD is about 10 minutes

For your "big races" you will find supermarkets (LECLERC, NETTO etc.) on Herbignac, a small town that is just 10 minutes from the village of Férel

Lovely holiday

We had a wonderful stay. The house is charming and very well equipped and the garden is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and outside dining. An excellent base for exploring the Morbihan area. Daniela, our host, was very friendly welcoming and helpful.

Obwohl, vielleicht auch weil, das Wetter zeitweise nicht so schön war haben wir unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen.Da Daniela, die Vermieterin, außerhalb der Saison selbst das Haus bewohnt, war alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht.Der Herd mit zwei Gasbrennern und zwei Induktionsfeldern ist sehr zweckmäßig. Im Bad ist eine schöne Dusche (90x90 cm). Im TV gibt es deutsche Programme.Es gibt auch einen sehr schönen großen Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, die wir auf Grund des unbeständigen Wetters leider nicht sehr oft nutzen konnten. Daniela ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp oder Telefon war hervorragend. Daniela war immer zu erreichen. Auch eine etwas frühere Anreise war kein Problem. Daniela hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man besuchen sollte, gegeben. Unbedingt sehenswert sind die Strände und Steilküsten, die Salzfelder um Guérande und Ortschaften wie z.B. Vannes, Le Croisic (Aquarium) oder Auray. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus und im Departement Morbihan.

Wir hatten einen superschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Domizil. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und darüber hinaus super gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Garten ist bezaubernd schön und es gibt jede Menge Platz und Bereiche, wo man sich entspannen kann. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. Het was netjes schoon en alles is aanwezig. De communicatie met de eigenares is heel prettig. De tuin is echt een pareltje.

Gîte de rêve

Un accueil on ne peut plus agréable et tellement bienveillant de la part de Daniela ! Le gîte est encore plus grand que ce que laissent penser les photos descriptives. Je parle de gîte mais en réalité c'est la maison de vie de la propriétaire, et de ce fait rien n'y manque, ce qui est très appréciable ! Et que dire du jardin, nous sommes à court de superlatifs.. 4 terrasses dont une couverte pour prendre l'apéro quelle que soit la météo - qui nous a souri tout le long de nos vacances, un terrain magnifiquement arboré et fleuri. Un barbecue gargantuesque... Nous recherchions un lieu au calme et en pleine nature, nous l'avons trouvé dans ce petit paradis à en faire pâlir l'officiel.. Dominique et Olivier

Großes Ferienhaus mit allem Drum und Dran und wunderschönem Garten

Ruhig gelegenes Haus, in Ortsnähe, viele schöne Strände in 15 - 30 min, attraktive Orte, Wald vor der Tür, freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Agreable maison

Tres jolie maison, bien équipée. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire. Endroit calme et spacieux avec un très beau jardin. Bien située pour faire de nombreuses visites aussi bien dans le Morbihan qu'en Loire-Atlantique, ainsi que que pour faire des balades à pied ou en vélo.

Oase in der Bretagne

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das haus ist stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist äußerst komfortabel - es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Der Garten ist ein Traum und zum Verweilen laden die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ein. Alles ist super gepflegt, sowohl das Haus, als auch der Garten. In der näheren Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge machen und der Strand ist mit ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war total unkompliziert und nett. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Sackgasse

Tolles, charmantes Ferienhaus mit super schönen und großen Garten. Wir, mein Mann und ich sowie unsere Kinder, 11 und 16 Jahre alt, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Ferienhaus

In diesem Ferienhaus findet sich alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. In dem sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus, hatten wir im Obergeschoss ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und unsere beiden Kinder jeweils ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten. In dem Ferienhaus fehlte absolut nichts und selbst das WLAN war hervorragend. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war von Anfang an klasse. Wir haben viele, sehr gute Tips von unserer Vermieterin erhalten, eine Verständigung auf deutsch war kein Problem! Hervorzuheben ist noch der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen.

Très agréable séjour!

"Petite" maison 3 chambres très confortable et très bien équipée !! Jardin très agréable également, avec terrasses, transats, fauteuils de jardin, parasols et coins ombragés au calme! Maison bien située à 7 min à vélo du village de Férel avec boulangerie et boucherie. Nombreux sentiers balisés pour des balades dans la région à pied ou à vélo... y'en a pour tous les goûts! Plusieurs pages à proximité (15-20 min en voiture)... L'accueil de la propriétaire était excellent ! Jeux de société, nombreux livres et grand espace dans le jardin... parfait pour les enfants! Encore merci à Daniela !

Alles perfekt

Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über einen offenen Kamin, der auch genutzt werden kann. Holz wurde kostenlos gestellt. Im Haus befindet sich alles, was man zum Kochen und Leben braucht. Die Internetverbindung ist gut und stabil. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön angelegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man braucht allerdings unbedingt ein Auto, denn das Haus ist einsam gelegen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Fahrräder können auch gemietet werden. In ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit Entfernung erreicht man das Meer mit schönen und idyllischen Stränden. Die Restaurants im Umkreis haben uns nicht so gut gefallen, aber wir konnten ja selber kochen.

Maison très chaleureuse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Daniela. Nous avons été très bien reçu et Daniela à été très disponible. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et très chaleureuse. C'est un endroit où l'on se sent "comme à la maison". Tout était très bien ! Merci Daniela.
