Summer's Dreamja is located at Little Bay Country Club, Norman Manley Boulevard Negril. It is a secured gated property with 24/7 security patrols. We are nested among the world-renowned tourist resorts of Negril and near to the famous 7 miles beach strip. Little Bay Country Club Unit 140 ( Summer's Dreamja) is a two bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom villa. It is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED the Bedrooms and Common areas. The villa features spectacular views from rugged cliffs overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea. There is a private white-sand beach on the property. with a fantastic view of the ocean. Amenities includes a clubhouse, and a swimming pool. The sunset is celestial and caters for a lovers retreat.
There is a Basketball and Tennis court where you can get a much needed workout. Tennis rackets and balls as well as Basket balls are offered free to guests. The property is in close proximity to the Kool Runnings Waterpark. There is also Cliff jumping at the famous Rick's Cafe.
You will enjoy the privacy of a home where you will NOT share facilities with anyone outside of your group. Our staff is very kind and honest and strive to ensure your comfort. Great stay

I had an excellent stay at the Summers Dream property. Valerie and Yvette were wonderful. It's a great place to stay on the northern side of 7 mile beach, located in a gated community with beach and pool access.

Family Trip

My family and i stayed here for the second time we speng 2 weeks and as usual we had a wonderful time the owner and the staff was wonderful the constantly check up on us to make sure everything is good and that we're ok and having a great time, definitely will be staying here again whenever i go jamaica this is my spot ...

Convenient and Comfortable

The home lived up to the listing. The private beach was really nice. The gated community gave a sense of security. The location was close to tons of activities. I definitely recommend this property.

Summers Dream was the cherry on top of an already amazing resort vacation to Negril, Jamaica. My guests and I had the pleasure of staying at this home oasis for the last two days of our Jamaica trip. Ms. Valerie and Ms. Marvetta/Bud were kind and accomodating hosts. The home and complex are beautiful. The pool and private beach were amazing! I definitely plan to return to this home away from home.

A cozy stay

The house is in a beautifully landscaped, quiet neighborhood and I felt secure in the gated community. The hospitality was great. The house was clean, comfortable and just the right size we needed. It’s short walk to the pool and private beach. You’ll need a rental car to get around or make sure you budget taxi fare into your trip, nothing’s in walking distance. I would stay again and definitely recommend this property.

A home away from home

Very comfortable and equipped with everything. A short drive to the pool and beach. The pool and beach exceeded our expectations, quite beautiful and quiet. Loved the location of the property, but you really do need a car if you want to be able to get groceries, go to dinner, etc. We only did one or two excursions but we used the car every day.

My husband and I were so pleased with our accommodations. The owner was professional and she was available for all of our questions. The property manager met us at the property and gave us a thorough orientation. The place was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and the rest of Negril. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Great location walking distance to your own private beach. Wonderful view allows for great scenery.

Ms. Valerie ensure we have everything we need to make our stay enjoyable. It felt like home away from home. She arranged for a cook which made the experience that much nicer. Because the area is private transportation was a bit difficult. I would recommend getting a rental to save money on taxi services.

Valerie was an amazing host. One of my best home I have stayed. The property is impeccable.

Property was a beauty

I must say the Host was wonderful as well as the housekeeper. Despite having our car broken into on the Norman Manley Blvd, the property was well kept, area quiet and the entire space was beautiful. I regret having to leave earlier than anticipated.

Amazing Spring Break at Summer’s Dream

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Summer’s Dream for spring break. The villa was in great condition, very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect for our family of four, and with a quiet central location within Little Bay Country Club, which has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner Valerie and her staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout, and we had no problems at all. Just the way a Jamaican vacation should be. Thanks again Valerie and Bud, we would love to return someday soon.

Great Property!

We made a good decision when we chose that property. Peaceful, quiet, safe surroundings. Close enough to get to the beaches, restaurants, etc., easily and quickly, but away from the hustle and bustle. Valerie was very helpful in her suggestions for great places to eat. The housekeeper was very gracious. Didn't mind us calling her for information. The security guards were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Safe, Beautiful and Relaxing

The property was fantastic! Comfy beds. Very clean and homey feeling. Quick access to the private beach and pool area. Neighbors were very helpful and friendly! This was my first Vrbo experience and it was a very smooth transaction overall. This was also my first time in Jamaica and I want to thank Valerie for making it such a lovely experience. And Ms. Marvetta our cleaning was wonderful also. Thanks for the great memories! We look forward to making many more with our girls in years to come.

Beautiful Condo with great location!

This was our first time to Jamaica and Valerie and Yvette were an amazing help! From the time we booked the condo until the day AFTER we left, we had great communication. The condo was beautiful and one of the best we have stayed in throughout the Caribbean. Beach is beautiful with an amazing infinity pool that faces the sunset every evening. Valerie helped suggest places to eat as well as a couple of excursions for us to try with our teenage kids, which were incredible. Gated community with the most friendly security guard at the entrance. We will definitely return and highly recommend this condo to others; you won't be sorry!
