THE SEA WATCH 2.
Very nice house completely renovated, located in the heart of the village and 30 meters from the sea.
70 m2 livable on 3 levels. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children (15 years maximum).
Open kitchen fully equipped, lounge / dining room with a TV and a wood stove for evenings by the fire (purchase of wood possible at the gas station Ambleteuse, open 7/7 days of 7h to 20h), open on a landscaped courtyard with possibility of communication with the neighboring house, identical, for stays with family or friends.
On the 1st floor, a bedroom with double bed 140 cm with TV and shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 children's beds (max 55 kgs) bunk, 1 bathroom with sink and bath, separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, 1 attic room with TV, 2 single beds of 80 cm, possibility to join them for 1 double bed of 160 cm.

The arrival on site is scheduled between 16h and 20h. We have a supplement of 15 € for any arrival after 20h, on Sundays and public holidays.
Possible rental of household linen (bedding + bath) - 15 € / person.
Deposit on booking + Deposit: 300 € - Final cleaning mandatory: 80 € (+ intermediate cleaning possible).
THE SEA SEA is rented for the whole week during school holidays (France and Belgium). Pets are accepted with the prior consent of the owners. Waste must be brought to the different containers of sorting at the end of the stay.

We offer a second house, terraced and perfectly identical, with the possibility of opening the communication between the houses by the inner courtyard, to accommodate groups of up to 12 people (8 adults and 4 children).
