Nous avons apprécié le décor et l'espace de l'appartement pour 4 personnes, avec balcon, très agréable pour les déjeuners et diners. La propriétaire est discrète, disponible et souriante. L'appartement est situé sur les hauteurs de Soultzeren, au calme et avec vue sur la vallée et la montagne environnantes. Merci encore à la propriétaire qui nous a fait goûter à la bière locale et aux macarons de gertwiller. Au plaisir pour un prochain sejour.

Great house, terrible booking agent

The gite was great. Everything you need, from fully equipped kitchen to a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view. The hosts are really nice people!! They gave us fresh eggs from the chicken and also 2 pieces of mirabelle pie for me and my friend. The location is great as well, we thoroughly enjoyed or stay!! Then e-domizil, the booking agent, what an absolute chaotic service they provide. First of all, after I completed and paid my booking I received about 10 payment reminders, although I already paid. Then I got an e-mail that my booking was cancelled because I didn’t pay in time (which I did). Upon contacting them, I received an reply just saying “sorry but you can book another one of our houses!”. At this point I genuinely thought I was scammed. Out of the blue the next day I got another mail saying the house was not cancelled, no apologies whatsoever.. when I asked for an explanation of what went wrong (I still wasn’t sure evrything went well) I received no answer. Absolute amateurs. I would recommend contactinf the owners of this lovely gite directly instead of booking via e-domizil. Worst experience ever. I’d recommend booking directly with gite Tome.
