The open floor plan features a spacious family room with adjoining sunroom. The recently renovated kitchen features gorgeous butcher block countertops and breakfast bar. Relax on the deck overlooking the lake - a perfect setting for gathering, enjoying the gas BBQ and dining al fresco. Located just a short walk to Harborview Cafe, Pickle Factory, 404 Coffee Shop, public beach, marina and more. The main floor offers 1 bedroom with a view of the lake and full bath. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with attached sitting area and stunning lake views. Villa Del Lago is fully furnished with the comforts of home: Washer & Dryer, 55" smart TV, WiFi, stocked kitchen, linens and more. The perfect Lake Pepin retreat. The house was as described. Mind you the railroad runs between the house and the lake and trains run often. Even so, the noise was not disturbing to those in the upstairs bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom could you another door, but guests were able to sleep well.

Adorable House With Great Views

The property is very cute and great for a group of friends. The beds were comfortable and we loved being out on the deck when it wasn't raining. Communication with the host was easy and we'd definitely stay again!

The lake views were beautiful. Location was great. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was updated but tight. One bathroom might not be enough for a house that sleeps 10. Plenty of table space in two dining areas. We think a former resident may have unknowingly locked us out of watching the TV. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay!

My brother and sister-in-law and their family stayed here for my daughter’s wedding at Hidden Meadow and Barn. They raved about this beautiful home. My communication with the owners was fast and helpful. 10/10 would stay again!

Cozy friendly home with great view of river

We had a delightful family gathering with plenty of room in the kitchen. A store nearby had the essentials with many restaurants within walking distance.Travel time to Minneapolis was about an hour along beautiful winding roads. Property manager was very nice and we hope to stay &explore again in the spring/summer

Pepin Paradise

Very lovely home with all the room your party needs to have a wonderful getaway! Close to all the action and a small walk away from the Pier and the Pickle Factory. Cannot forget all the Wildlife and the Patio where so many memories were made. Thank you all so much for hosting us for the 100 Mile Garage sale 2024.

Beautiful sunny weekend

We loved our stay! Even in the sub-zero weather the house is cozy, sunny and generously comfortable! Even now I imagine being curled up on the couch looking out over the winter expanse of the lake while sun floods the room. We love this house and this view and will definitely be back!

A nice place to stay

The home had enough room for our family and has all the amenities. It would be nice to have more than one bathroom. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the deck or water.

We had a wedding in the area. This property exceeded our expectations. The house is charming, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and good water pressure.

Clean and Relaxing

We had a great time during our stay. The house is clean and supplied with everything you need. Lots of natural light and windows to enjoy the fresh air. It was walking distance to the lake, market and restaurants. It was very easy to get in contact with the host and we had no hassle at all checking in/out. We would stay again at this property.

Great stay, one little blip

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The open, expansive view of the river was exactly what I needed as a break. Some great decisions were made about furnishings, like the table in the sunroom and the one on the deck. The double glass windows do a lot to muffle the train noise. We've stayed along these tracks before and this was definitely the quietest. Everything was clean and in excellent working order EXCEPT the bathtub/shower drain. It really breaks up the ambiance to have to stand in 3-4 inches of soapy, scrummy water while showering. The bath mat was getting slippery and there is nothing to hold on to. Trying to rinse my feet and ankles off was a trick. I believe an earlier review complained about this drain. If it's been cleared since, perhaps it needs maintenance after each stay.Might as well have the shower experience live up to the rest of the nice stay!

Everything was good about the stay. Big house and plenty of beds for a group. Limiting factor is 1 bathroom and shower.

Perfect place for our group

We came to the area for Grumpy Old Men Days in Wabasha and this was a perfect place for our group of 6 to have a home base. Beds and seating for everyone without feeling we were on top of each other. The decor was very nice and the place felt very homey. We were even treated to 2 beautiful sunsets over the lake. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place with a fantastic view.

We loved it so much, we decided to make Pepin our full time residence. We enjoy everything Pepin has to offer. From its incredible scenic beauty and ample recreation to its wonderful people. We welcome you to Pepin and hope you enjoy your stay.

After a few summers on the lake, we fell in love with the laid back lifestyle and friendly people of this community. We have a vibrant and joyful mix of people who make this place truly special.

Villa Del Lago's charm and location set it apart from other homes. It offers stunning views of Lake Pepin in a warm and comfortable home. Located in the Village of Pepin, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, a public beach and marina. However, like nearly all lakefront homes on Lake Pepin, the railroad is between the house and the water. The noise from the train does bother some. In 2015 the Village of Pepin established a quiet zone which prohibits trains from blowing their horns while traveling through town (unless needed).
