Furnished tourist accommodation **: pretty new 25m2 studio, fully equipped and furnished * on the 5th floor, lift.
2 night rooms.
Private and equipped terrace of 8m2.
Orientation SOUTH in peace, view Winter City.
Free WIFI.
Free local bikes.
Free private parking.

* Studio 4 people: 1 bed 180. 190 (with 2 separate mattresses 90. 190) and 2 bunk beds of 90. 190

Beach at 20m.
Local shops: supermarket, organic grocery, delicatessen, press, tobacco, pharmacy, post office, hair salon, butcher, fruit and vegetables, oyster tasting, etc.
Cycle and pedestrian path at the foot of the residence. Bus network, 3 min on foot (stop: Chapelle Notre Dame des Marins).
Sea bus, 8 min on foot (stop: Jetée Thiers).

Other remarks:
When booking, specify if package (optional) retained:
- Final cleaning: 40 €
- Bed linen: 10 € / person (fitted sheet, duvet cover, protection and pillowcase)
- Bathroom and kitchen linen: 5 € / person (shower sheet, hand towel, glove, bath mat, tea towel)
- Nespresso cartridge, selection of grand cru coffees at € 3.5. Decaffeinated at 4 € (Nespresso purchase price).

Location good, property manager very good. But, i feel very certain that in your Expedia review of the property there was no mention of fees for bed linens and towels. Maybe i overlooked it, but that extra charge was a surprise to me. Plus..the property manager had no idea that Expedia is promoting 5he property and was not happy with that for some reason.

Bien placé et propre

Studio avec lit double, possibilité de couchage pour 2 personnes de plus sur des lits (enfants) superposés. Propre avec ce qu'il faut pour les repas et l'entretien. Très bien placé au centre d'Arcachon, proche parc mauresque. Plein sud, très agréable. Arrivée et accueil très bien passée avec la gérante.

Occhio ai costi aggiuntivi nascosti non indifferenti, pessima esperienza, da non ripetere (ho contattato la referente dell’appArmamento immediatamente dopo la prenotazione e non ha fatto riferimento a costi extra salvo farlo un giorno prima dell’arrivo.. ci ha chiesto il 40% in più rispetto a quanto pagato anche perché nella nostra prenotazione mancavano inspiegabilmente i due bimbi nonostante li avessimo inseriti in fase di conferma). La signora sosteneva inoltre di non aver mai messo l’annuncio su expedia, ma di avvalersi solo di abritel, si è rivelata molto incompetente e poco trasparente. L’appartamento era invivibile per il caldo (ultimo piano di un palazzo con tetto piatto) e non si rinfrescava neanche di notte (fuori 20 gradi, dentro più di 30, ovviamente niente aria condizionata). Il bagno era vecchio (la doccia era rotta, la signora ha incolpato gli spagnoli venuti prima di noi) e la ventola non funzionava, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Abbiamo lasciato l’appartamento dopo 3 notti, pur avendone pagate 4, per il caldo e per le continue discussioni con la referente dell’appartamento circa i soldi aggiuntivi richiesti per i bimbi (che avevamo inserito in fase di prenotazione, ma che non risultavano in conferma e per cui le avevo comunque dato notizia subito). peraltro aveva anche chiesto una consistente cauzione (ovviamente anche questa non risultava da nessuna parte). Incubo da non ripetere! Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.

Occhio perché la signora chiede costi aggiuntivi per lenzuola/asciugamani e pulizie (100 euro in più per 4 persone) non evidenziati nella conferma expedia. Noi abbiamo anche avuto un altro problema in fase di prenotazione, i due bambini(correttamente indicati) non risultavano in conferma per qualche bug. La signora si è guardata bene (l’ho contattata subito dopo aver prenotato per farle presente la cosa) dal menzionare costi aggiuntivi. Il giorno prima di arrivare ha presentato l’elenco della spesa, abbiamo richiesto l’annullamento del viaggio, per convincerci a rimanere ha proposto di non caricare i 160 euro in più che aveva richiesto per i bambini salvo chiederli una volta preso possesso dell’appartamento. Richiede inoltre una cauzione (anche di questo nessuna traccia) che noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare in contanti. L’appartamento era invivibile (all’ultimo piano, 30-35 gradi costanti, bagno sporco con doccia e ventola non funzionanti). Sfiniti dalle sue richieste e dal calco, abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’appartamento un giorno prima pur avendo già saldato tutto (prenotazione expedia pagata in anticipo via carta di credito e 100 euro per pulizie ecc.). Quanto ai 160 euro aggiuntivi abbiamo ricevuto assistenza da HomeAway (expedia rimandava a loro). Da expedia non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna assistenza.
