Chalet ideally located between shops, the village, and ski resorts. Its exceptional location allows you to either take the shuttle at €1/person/journey 200 metres from the chalet to ski on the Portes du Soleil domain or the free shuttle 100 metres from the chalet to ski on the Roc d'Enfer domain.

- 1 Large living area, south-facing, comprising:

A kitchen (9m²) fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, 1 refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker and Nespresso espresso machine.

A dining room with sofa, television, DVD player and wood-burning stove

- 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail

- 1 separate WC

- 1 Bedroom with a double bed (140x200) with window and forest view (east-facing).

- 1 Garage for storing ski equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 refrigerators



First floor:

- 1 Bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a window with forest view east-facing

- 1 Bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x190) with two windows

- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a TV and DVD player.

Another great weekend!

This was our second time staying at this property with friends to spend the weekend snowmobiling. The house is wonderful and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and the location on the lake is perfect for riding. We will be back!

chalet cosy

Nous avons loué pour la seconde fois, les 2 châlets Mont joie et Iaorana côte côte qui proposent tous les 2 des prestations de qualité. Nous avons apprécié l'espace de vie du Mont joie et les équipements ( vaisselle, appareils electro ménagers, lave linge, congélateur . Le Iorana est plus cosy mais la pièce à vivre moins spacieuse. Tous les 10 mn pendant les vacances scolaires une navettes vous dépose à la station de ski de St Jean. il est possible de skier sur Morzine et les Gets grâce aux navettes payantes. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel de l'agence.

Saint Jean d'Aulps

Gros problème de communication avec l'agence responsable du bien. Pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée et ce jusqu'au lendemain après midi. Logement à la propreté à revoir (frais de ménage très élevé pour ce niveau de propreté) Abritel contacté a plusieurs reprises n'a pas réglé mon problème pour pouvoir joindre l'agence j'ai du me débrouiller seule. Je ne conseillerais à personne Abritel et ne compte pas repasser par le site pour d'autres séjour . Très déçue

Chalet confortable mais cher

chalet sympathique bien équipé notamment pour la cuisine. Poêle à bois très agréable avec tout le bois nécessaire bien sec dans le garage. bémol sur le nombre de couchages (9) qui n'est pas en lien avec une seule salle de bains, la taille de la table à manger (impossible d'y mettre 9 personnes) ni avec le salon (ok pour 5 personnes mais pas davantage). La qualité des matelas laisse à désirer ainsi que la qualité du canapé (qui n'en est pas vraiment un, c'est un bloc de mousse). les 2 fauteuils sont durs, pas vraiment ceux dans lesquels on veut se lover! enfin le village est un peu "fantôme" (quelques bâtiments sont laissés à l'abandon). En conclusion, chalet sympa pour 4 à 5 personnes, mais assez cher vu le nombre de personnes pouvant y loger confortablement et compte tenu de la situation géographique.

chalet très agréables avec tout ce qu'il faut et bien situé pour rando et autres

le chalet était très bien : espace + équipement + situation. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse à l'ombre (forte chaleur) . Les environs permettent de faire des rando , baignade , rivière et visites. Je vis le recommander pour d'autres , ne pas hésiter!!

Beau chalet familial

Dans l'ensemble, beau chalet, très bien équipé. Communication avec l'agence sans problèmes. Cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres petites, mais accueillantes. Wifi, télé, chauffage - tout marchait sans problèmes. Seuls petits points à améliorer: - Le frigo dans la cuisine ne marchait pas très bien (mais il y a un frigo additionel dans le garage). - Les duvets n'étaient pas vraiments de duvets, mais plutôt des couvre-lits. Sinon, tout était bien, merci.

Nous avons apprécié le calme ainsi que l'extérieur pour les enfants. Juste un bémol pour deux fauteuils pas très confortable. Cela va bien pour des jeunes mais lorsque l'on prend de l'âge pas agréable. Attention, balançoire a remettre en état. Nous l'avons signalé

Magnifique Chalet

On se sent très vite comme à la maison dans ce chalet qui est chaleureux, très bien équipé. Les propriétaires ont laissé à disposition beaucoup de livres, de jeux pour les enfants, de bois pour le Godin et nous les en remercions. C’est un chalet familiale où il fait bon vivre autant dedans que dehors sur une terrasse en bois très ensoleillée. Le garage est aussi un gros atout pour stocker le matériel de ski.

Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble

Nous avons apprécié le calme, la chaleur du poële à bois au milieu de la pièce de vie, ainsi que l'espace extérieur pour les enfants. Il manque un peu d'isolation au niveau de l'accoustique, la fermeture de la porte des WC du RDC (un enfant est resté bloqué à l'intérieur et on on ne pouvait pas ouvrir de l'extérieur)

La tranquillité. Très bon séjour, beau chalet,calme, très bien équiper mais Il manque juste un barbecue ou plancha pour l'été.
