Chalet of 140 m2 on 2500 m2 of land; stunning views of Lake Geneva, Switzerland; very quiet residential area; parking and garage; terrace-balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, ski resorts and lake access 5 min drive; major ski resorts: Avoriaz and Chatel 30 min 45 min -Morzine, access to the Swiss boat or by road (Evian 5 KM), cheese (20m) and shops in the village (300m), post office, city hall, church and restaurants accessible by foot; Many mountain walks, mountain bike trails, horseback riding, golf, tennis, field 100 m balls.


Large Savoyard wooden chalet consists of 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and one on the ground floor) possibility of an additional room on request. Room 1, 3 and 4 have 140 beds, bedroom 2 with two beds 90, and the extra room with a bed 140 (150 euros extra charge) Each room has large closets.
Double room: chimney side (the chimney is used with caution, the cottage is made of wood) with a sofa and two armchairs and a TV side with a sofa and armchair, a dining-room table for 10 people, living-dual dining room opening onto terrace view of Lake Geneva, Switzerland with garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two ovens Fondue and Raclette services). Upstairs bath-room and toilet and the ground floor is a bathroom with separate toilet plus washing machine. Garage (one car) and parking. Drawer freezer; wood charcoal barbecue, sunbathing.

Parfait emplacement, chalet spacieux et authentique

A 300m du centre de Saint Paul dans un espace calme (pour qui apprécie les cloches des vaches comme nous et les sonneries de cloches), ce vaste chalet est trÚs accueillant avec ses 5 chambres et ses espaces communs. Deux salles de bains pratiques, une énorme terrasse qui fait quasiment le tour du chalet, une buanderie et un garage double. Jolie vue sur le Léman et la Suisse de la terrasse et au bout du pré arboré. Toutes commodités dans le village, marché le dimanche matin. Superbe village dans un environnement exceptionnel. PS: l'annonce ne mentionne pas la voisine à joindre qui s'occupe des arrivées/départs, au n°290 !

A ne pas manquer !

VoilĂ  un authentique chalet savoyard ! Une vue Ă  oublier d'en terminer votre petit dĂ©jeuner ! La terrasse vous permet mĂȘme d'y prendre votre dĂ©jeuner et votre dĂźner ! Le Leman surplombe les champs Ă  perte de vue, les cloches des vaches voisines terminent le tableau. On a hĂąte de revenir en hiver pour profiter des appareils Ă  fondue et des appareils Ă  raclettes. Le chalet est super bien Ă©quipĂ©, tout est fonctionnel, le vintage a son charme. Les annĂ©es passant, certaines piĂšces sont refaites Ă  neuf comme la SdB et les chambres du RdC. Vous n'ĂȘtes pas dans cette location inspirĂ©e par une page de catalogue de meubles scandinaves mais dans une maison qui a du vĂ©cu, du vrai. On sent qu'ici il y a eu des mamies qui ont prĂ©parĂ© des gĂąteaux Ă  leurs petits enfants. Et c'est pour ça qu'on s'y sent comme Ă  la maison. Pour nous ça a plutĂŽt Ă©tĂ© orangeades au retour des randos, qui pour certaines avaient un dĂ©part au pied du chalet. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis trĂšs agrĂ©ablement et bien renseignĂ©s. Merci et Ă  bientĂŽt !

Der erste Eindruck ganz ok, super Lage und toller Blick auf den Genfer See

Das Haus zeigt an manchen Stellen schon etwas Renovierungsbedarf an. Das Geschirr, zum Teil ĂŒberdimensional durcheinander zusammen gesetzt( keine WeinglĂ€ser vorhanden) und in den SchrĂ€nken alles erst mal sĂ€ubern mĂŒssen. Der Grill nicht funktionsfĂ€hig, die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert auch nicht richtig
.fĂŒr den Preis und auch bei lĂ€ngeren nicht vermieteten Zeitraum sollte man doch mal eine komplette Grundreinigung vornehmen und vielleicht auch mal etwas entrĂŒmpeln
.weniger und dafĂŒr gepflegt wĂ€re fĂŒr den Urlaubsgast mehr. Das wĂ€re dann auch weiterzu empfehlen! Und ein NOGO ist, das die Dame, die den SchlĂŒssel verwaltet, wĂ€hrend unserer Abwesenheit im Haus war und wohl nach dem „ Rechten“ geschaut hat

Chalet agréable sur une trÚs beau site

Chalet haut-savoyard typique avec ses 2 étages presque indépendants. Quelques équipements un peu vieillissants mais dans l'ensemble tout est fonctionnel. TrÚs calme car à un peu à l'écart des routes fréquentées. La vue est magnifique et la situation excellente pour explorer la région.

ImprĂ©ssion trĂ©s moyenne. Le chalet menque d'entretien et d'une gestion sĂ©rieuse du mobilier en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Trop de choses "bancales " dans leur aspect ou leur fonction. DĂ©sordre inextricable dans les placards oĂč l'on trouve 3 cafetieres mais point qui marche.....Le seul agrĂ©ment de ce chalet est son exposition et environnement qui sont trĂ©s bons. Il mĂ©riterait plus de soin d'entretien du propriĂ©taire.......

Traumhaft schöne Gegend ...

Hoch ĂŒber dem Genfer See mit Blick auf das schweizerische Lausanne - totale Ruhe und doch nur 10 Minuten vom Trubel im wunderschönen Evian entfernt. Wer im Urlaub gerne aktiv ist, dem bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten: Wandern, Schwimmen, Golfen, Radeln, Segeln usw. - und das (zumindest am franz. Ufer des Lac LemĂ nd) zu humanen, normalen Preisen. AusflĂŒge in die benachbarte Schweiz können dagegen echt teuer werden, besonders wenn man dort auch essen will (z. B. Pizza im herrlichen Montreux nicht unter 30 EUR/SFR - ohne Drinks !) ... ZurĂŒck zu unserem Ferienhaus: kein moderner Neubau, aber mit allem, was man braucht - urig und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit viel Platz innen und einer riesigen Terrasse. Mit 4 Schlafzimmern (falls nötig kann noch ein Raum dazu gebucht werden - max. 10 Pers.), 2 Duschen / Toiletten, eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TV, Sat, DVD, WLAN, etc. - da wird es auch an regnerischen Tagen nicht gleich langweilig. Das Bergdorf St Paul biete alles, was man auf die Schnelle braucht und das Auto kann auch mal einen Tag stehen bleiben. Die Bewohner sind zurĂŒckhaltend, aber freundlich und man fĂŒhlt sich hier absolut sicher. Also alles positiv - falls man etwas kritisieren will, dann die Tatsache, dass man (falls man kein Französisch spricht) Kommunikationsprobleme haben könnte. Englisch oder Deutsch kann hier kaum jemand, was den Aufenthalt hier letzendlich aber noch etwas abenteuerlicher macht ...
