Lake Martin Waterfront Cabin

Acogedora cabaña frente al lago de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños en el lago Martin. Estamos ubicados en una cala tranquila donde se puede nadar, pescar, tomar el sol y otras actividades acuáticas.
La casa está ubicada en un patio delantero de suave pendiente (casi plano) con fácil acceso al muelle y al muelle flotante. Puedes entrar al agua desde el patio delantero y disfrutar de un área poco profunda para jugar o saltar desde el extremo del muelle hacia aguas más profundas. Hay un puerto de Jet Ski adjunto al muelle flotante y mucho espacio para estacionar un bote. ¡Siéntete libre de traer tus juguetes acuáticos!
Disfrute de un café por las mañanas en el porche proyectado. Gran cubierta frontal con vistas al agua y ofrece mucha sombra. También hay una parrilla para su uso.

My two best girlfriends from childhood and I rented this cabin for 3 nights. It was perfect for us with a bed and bath for each of us and one bedroom to spare! The cabin is older, but oh so clean and welcoming. The big trees around the property provided great shade for the house so we never got too hot even though the temps were high. The AC worked great and the water pressure in the showers was awesome. The beds were good and all of us slept well. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We rented a pontoon boat and the ample dock made it easy to glide right into the slip. The Owner was great and responded to my questions within an hour or so! We plan to book this cabin again for next year!

Great Place

Spent four nights at the property and our family thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent dock for the kids to swim off of and to tie up our boat.

Quick weekend fishing trip

The house is a great place for a relaxing weekend, super quiet, beautiful dock and a back porch that we all thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on! Our group slept 6 adults comfortably the bedrooms on well appointed beds, with plenty of clean well kept bathrooms. This is a great property for soaking up some lake time both inside and out!

We loved everything about our stay. ALL of the rooms were so clean that I wandered if we were the first to stay in this property! There was a nice cement walkway that led to the lake's edge, and the boat docks and piers were exceptional. Very little was required of us upon checkout. If you enjoy a quiet downhome southern atmosphere, then this is the place for you.

It was very clean and a very cute place to stay, the only complaints I heard was the weds weren’t the comfiest, but other than that it was wonderful!

Fabulous Weekend

We had a wonderful trip. The boat ramp was an added bonus. We unloaded and loaded our 24 foot boat with no problems. The house was just what we needed. The front porch was nice to have our coffee on each morning. The boat docks were nice and sturdy. I will stay here again .

Most All was great! The boat ramp lacks sufficient space to turn around after driving down to the house. One should be warned that the boat and vehicle pulling it must back completely down the driveway. A plus to the house was the ramp. We went to a public one to take the boat out…

Perfect Getaway

Perfect lake house. The owner is quick to respond and provides great details. The kitchen is very well stocked. Rooms are good sizes. Lots of outdoor siting. The place is very clean and organized. I highly recommend and we will return!!

Relaxing Fall Weekend

We very much enjoyed our visit to this relaxing lake home. Host put extra effort into making our stay fun and comfortable. She even left firewood in the fire pit for us! We enjoyed grilling on the large deck which overlooked the lake, drinking coffee on the dock, hiking at nearby Smith Fire Tower, and attending an AU football game, which was an easy 35 minute drive away. We will definitely return in the future.

Precious hideaway in a peaceful lake setting

Highly recommend and good communication for any questions. We hosted a cousin reunion and enjoyed using the dock and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. Roomy and nice bathrooms and hot showers. There is nice afternoon shade from mature trees across the back. The inside is clean and comfortable. The grill and back porch and deck off the master could use some power washing:-)

Quiet and cozy

Laura's place is located in a quiet and relaxing spot. The cabin is clean and spacious with plenty of space for the whole family. Laura was quick to respond to all of my questions and check in/check out was super easy. Would stay again.

Neet Home in a Beautiful Location

Very cool home overlooking Lake Martin. Great location, great swimming, large dock if you have a boat or jet ski. Property manager was great and easy to work with. We were there for July 4th, many neighbors shot of a ton of fireworks.

Beautiful, comfy lake home!

We stayed a week with another family with teenagers & toddlers. It was a perfect home away from home, from the small details of lounge blankets everywhere to fresh summer flowers potted around the property, it is the perfect combination of cozy & ready for expected guests- stocked with Board games & an abundance of outside activities from corn hole to kayaking. The dock, yard, view- every aspect of the outside aesthetic- is absolutely beautiful! It does have a very steep driveway; however, Laura was very communicative about that & offered an easy solution to drop the boat in at the ramp a few minutes down the road! I would definitely stay here again & loved getting to experience a week at the lake in a home away from home!
