Lovely view and host!

We had a wonderful stay in the south of France. The host was so kind and easy to get a hold of. The view is incredible and it’s just a short walk into town.

Beautiful Beaulieu Sur Mer Stay

Lovely property that is just like the pictures. It was very comfortable for a week and is near restaurants, the train stations, and shops. The view is unbelievable.

Perfect little home on a perch

We loved our stay! The perfect little home perched up on a hillside with an amazing view! Great outdoor spaces and lovely gardens. No AC was no problem for us, we kept the doors open (with mosquito nets!) and enjoyed the sea breeze flowing in.

Many thanks for an wonderful stay!

Very comfortable cottage with beautiful views and gardens (please note that you must climb daily to have such exceptional views). Could not wait to see sunrise each morning. Owners were responsive at check in and check out making process very easy - also very attentive during our stay providing information and a taste of produce from the area. We truly can't thank them enough for sharing the opportunity to stay at their property.

Little Gem

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 week stay at this little gem on a terraced hillside overlooking Beaulieu and the Azur! Entirely on foot, the walk into town, to the beach and port was pleasant ( going down). Bus or train very accessible. The supermarché in town center had everything we needed. Carole was very responsive to our needs, and her papa was delightful! We’ll come again!

Lovely house!

Lovely house and lovely hosts in Carole and her father. The house has fantastic views, gardens and a lot of charm. You feel at home and by yourself. Only downside is that there is no aircondition, only a fan. It gets very hot during warm nights espessially in the bedroom. However overall we had a lovely stay and will come back!

A gem

We arrived to a very clean and well presented property with elevated views of this lovely town. Our accommodation was perfect for the two of us and allowed for long walks,(and swimming),in the morning and relaxing lunches at the house most afternoons. We were met promptly at the property by Carol and, later,had the pleasure of meeting her delightful father,who was also available to deal with the odd question. The bathroom was very clean with a spacious shower. The fly wire screens on all doors and windows allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather without any insects inside. The invitation to help ourselves to the abundant supply of fresh lemons from the well maintained terraced garden was an added bonus. A little gem.

The perfect way to experience the Cote d'Azur

We've just returned from spending seven nights at this thoroughly delightful little villa and highly recommend it. The views (from virtually every room and from the beautiful garden areas) are incredible, and the house and patio are exactly as pictured. We slept very comfortably and enjoyed the large rainfall shower. We didn't cook because Beaulieu has so many great restaurants to try, but the kitchen is very well-equipped. Everything in it is of very high quality and there are even lovely glasses, dishes, cushions and tablecloths available for guests' use. We only e-mailed with Ida and texted and spoke by phone with Carole, but Carole's father came to open the gates on our arrival and meeting him added another charming dimension to our stay. He is delightful and even picked lemons for us from the tree in the garden. We really didn't require anything in the way of help during our stay, but check-in and checkout were easy and straightforward. As other reviewers have said, the only thing to be aware of is that because the house is located high up on the hillside, there is a long, steep climb (on foot or by car) from the main road to reach the beginning of the gravel path shown in the photo. But it's very close to the restaurants and shops downtown and we walked almost everywhere. Beaulieu is a lovely town and very centrally located for visiting Nice, Antibes, Eze, Menton, and other coastal towns, as well as the spectacular hill towns of Peillon and Sainte-Agnes.

Mediterranes Traumhaus

Selten hatten wir einen so schönen Urlaub wie in diesem Ferienhaus! Es liegt an höchster Stelle auf einem Berg ('Aufstieg' 5Minuten!) und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf Beaulieu und das Meer. Besonders reizvoll: die malerischen Terrassen und terrassierten Gärten um das Haus herum - Zitronenbäume, Blumen, Gemüseanpflanzungen; mehre Sitzecken, auch eine überdachte, dazu ein Balkon, von dem aus man auf des Meer schaut (bei schlechtem Wetter auch durch das große Fenster). Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig, es fehlt also an nichts. Die Vermieterinnen sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit (wenn es überhaupt etwas zu helfen gibt...) und der kleine Ort hat nette Lokale, einen kleinen Strand, einen gut sortierten Supermarkt am Bahnhof und die Villa Kerylos als herausragende Sehenswürdigkeit. Ein Auto braucht man auch nicht unbedingt, der kleine Zug fährt am Meer entlang in kurzen Abständen zu allen interessanten Orten (Nizza, Monaco, Cannes etc.), überall ist man sehr schnell. SEHR zu empfehlen!!

Superbe lieu

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Beaulieu. Super séjour à Beaulieu

Petite maison conforme au descriptif d'une propreté parfaite et très bien équipée. Très bien située dans Beaulieu (on peut facilement visiter toute la côte de Nice à Ventimille en voiture ou train). Terrasses et vue sur la mer incroyables ! Echanges faciles et très bon accueil par le papa de Carole. On recommande !

La maison de vacances idéale

La maison est belle, élégante, privée et tranquille, avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. C'est la maison la plus propre que j'ai jamais louée et j'en ai loué beaucoup. La propreté est très importante pour moi, tout comme le fait de laisser l'endroit presque comme on l'a trouvé. Je n'aurais pas pu choisir - et obtenir - la location de vacances parfaite. Carole est rapide comme l'éclair dans ses réponses et a été très généreuse avec moi, en me permettant de partir tard et son très gentil père m'a offert une voiture pour aller et revenir de la gare locale. Je ne peux pas vous remercier assez pour cette merveilleuse expérience de vacances et je suis sûr que je reviendrai.

Wunderbar!

Sehr umsichtiger und hilfsbereiter Vermieter (hat uns sogar mit dem PKW von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt). Wohnung und Außenbereich sind sehr großzügig und bestens gepflegt. Der Morgenspaziergang zum Bäcker dauert etwa zehn Minuten (einfacher Weg). Bushaltestelle fünf Minuten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect little house above Beaulieu-sur-Mer

We have stayed in this cozy little house overlooking Beaulieu-sur-Mer twice: once for about three weeks in October and November of 2018, and recently for almost three months in 2020. Everything about this place is wonderful: the view looking over the rooftops of Beaulieu to the Med and the mountains sloping down to it, the two terraces for outdoor dining and lounging, the gardens, the house itself which is just as it appears in the photos, and the easy access to shops, restaurants, the port, and the beaches. The house was spotlessly clean and stocked with a supply of necessities when we arrived. The kitchen is small, but has everything one needs. We were here during the Covid-19 pandemic and found ourselves spending much more time at home and preparing our own meals than we had anticipated. So when we say that it is a very livable space for two people, we do so having really put it to the test. The owner is friendly and very responsive. Her father does the gardening and general maintenance, and became our friend, sharing with us lemons from the trees on the property, artichokes from his garden, and stories and information about Beaulieu. Finally, there is the village of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, beautiful in its own right and a short drive or train or bus ride from Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Eze, Monaco, and Menton, some of the best of the Cote d’Azur. We love this place. If you are a couple looking for a great place to stay, don’t hesitate - book it.
