"les clapas" cottage 70 m2

House comprising two gites, fully restored to new in 2016. We are located at the entrance to the very pretty hamlet of Salelles, in the heart of the Ibie valley, a valley classified as Natura 2000. Large shared 4000m² plot, secure swimming pool, boules, table tennis, badmington. Each gîte has its own entrance and entrance. Gite Les Clapas, located on the ground floor: Equipped kitchen, large living room with sitting area in front of the fireplace, convertible sofa for 2 people, 1 large bedroom equipped with 2 beds 90 x 200 that can be twinned to a large bed 180 x 200, bathroom water, separate WC, sheets and towels provided, internet connection. Shaded terrace area with view of the grounds and the swimming pool. Private and closed parking. Auberge des Salelles located 20 meters from the gîte. Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ardèche Gorges and Pont d'Arc Cave less than 20 min.

Un gîte très agréable et au calme

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Thierry. Le gîte est fonctionnel et agréable, avec un espace extérieur très grand (table à l'ombre, transats, terrain de pétanque, piscine, table de ping pong...). Le village est au coeur de l'ardèche ce qui offre beaucoup de calme et d'opportunités de visites. Il faut toutefois prévoir quelques minutes de voitures pour faire les courses. Nos voisins étaient très sympas, ce qui a permis à notre petit garçon d'avoir de la compagnie. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Le gîte était superbe et d'une propreté irréprochable. Cadre magnifique et idéalement situé. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine, jouer au ping pong, à la pétanque, tout était parfait. La gentillesse et les conseil de Mr Coureau ont également été très appréciables.

Séjour parfait en Ardèche

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Ardèche. La région est magnifique maison, il y a des milliers de choses à faire et à voir. La maison de M Coureau est également magnifique. Propre, spacieuse, lumineuse, calme. Le jardin et la piscine nous ont permis de profiter des extérieurs ce qui est très très appréciable. En bref, nous avons vraiment hâte d'y revenir. Merci.

Parfait. Nous sommes désolés d'avoir déjà terminé notre séjour !

Propriété extraordinaire, absolument conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif. Notre hôte est une personne charmante et très attentive à notre bien être, tout en étant très discrète. La propreté du gîte était irréprochable à notre arrivée (et j'espère aussi à notre départ, nous avons fait au mieux 😀😀😀). Les lits très confortables, les équipements neufs ou comme si. Notre séjour ayant duré deux semaines, Thierry est venu le samedi suivant nous apporter le linge de maison propre. Vraiment, rien à reprocher, nous allons revenir l'an prochain. Je recommande vivement, et je vous remercie encore, Monsieur Courreau. Edith, locataire du 23 juin au 7 juillet 2018.
