An air conditioned two bedroom spacious penthouse apartment in the much sought after complex with secure underground car parking, set in a beautiful, quiet and convenient location in Torreblanca area.

Apartment has patio doors from both living room and master bedroom leading onto a spacious covered balcony with outside dining area, facing east and south, and sea view.

A spiral stairway from the balcony leads up to a large and private open air rooftop terrace solarium with dining area, small covered area, and shower. Magnificent and undisturbed views over Torreblanca, coast line, Mediterranean sea and Andalucian mountains.

The apartment has two full bathrooms with tubs, main one being en-suite. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven and stove.

The apartment features local TV channels and Nokia straming box to run your favourite streaming service content on a big flat screen display, DVD player, mini stereo system, as well as free WiFi.

There is a lift from the underground parking up to the floor of the apartment. It's all wheelchair accessible.

Location has easy access by car and it is conveniently accessible also by public transportation. Trains from Malaga airport leave around every 30 minutes during the operating hours. It takes some 30 minutes to reach the station closest to the apartment. Ticket prices are laround 2 euros per person. Local trains can be taken e.g. towards Malaga. Buses, which frequently travel back and forth along the nearby road (Avenida de Carvajal), can be taken e.g. to Fuengirola city centre and Miramar shopping centre.

Golfing: There are many golf courses within a short drive, and dozens in the region. The best ones around Marbella are within less than one hour driving distance.

Skiing: MonteCañada is only two hours away from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resorts which have become quite popular. In suitable weather conditions Sierra Nevada can be seen from the rooftop terrace.

Great stay

Had a great stay in the apartment. It's in a great location, an easy walk down to the beach (not as easy back up the hill pushing a pram 😂) It was a very comfortable stay with memory foam toppers on the beds and the kitchen had everything in it that you could need. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The ouctures of this apartment do not do it justice! It is a great size, has a fantastic bakcony and great solarium. The shared pool is great too - it was hardly ever busy. We cannot wait to return. Thank you si mjch!

The property was excellent, run by Donna who was superb. And on the day of the blackout with candles, which was unexpected, but great appreciated. Road down to the front ok going down, but definitely need a car or a taxi to return.

Family vacation in Fuengirola

The apartment is in a quite neighbourhood, 10 minute walk to the promenade. The sunrise and sunsets were fabulous. We spent two weeks vacationing with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. The space was very adequate for four adults and a toddler. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. It is about 30 minutes from the Malaga airport and accessible by train.

Straight forward and efficient booking with Miika. Apartment is well located and peaceful. The balcony terrace is good for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Excellent Apartment

The apartment is fantastic. Spotless, had everything we needed and peaceful. The host and Donna were also both excellent. Quick to respond and very helpful. If I could change two things it would be to have sun beds round the pool and the walk up the hill every day was a bind after 2 weeks! But neither are the fault of the property.

Lovely Stay

We spent one week in this fabulous appartment which was extremely clean and extremely well equipped. We have been to many vacation appartments so far but this one was one of the best. Fabulous Family Holiday

We have stayed in a number of rentals in the Fuengirola area but this property is without any doubt, the best. The views from the balcony and rooftop terrace were absolutely stunning and the location was perfect in that we could walk down to Torreblanca in around 15 minutes, but get back to the quieter area in which the property is located - the best of both worlds. The communication from the owner, Miika, was always prompt and all information was clear and very helpful. We were also looked after extremely well by Donna whilst on holiday. The property is very spacious and exactly as described in the listing. All in all we had a fantastic holiday. So much so that we are in the process of booking again for next year! Thanks again!! 😊

Nice flat in a very secluded area with difficult access

Nice to be isolated from beach area, nice flat really big and well equipped for my needs, clean with some minor exceptions, worthy the price. There was a security incident which makes my stay less satisfactory, I entered the pool area with the magnetic card provided just for sun bathing on the grass, and on my way out the card didn't open the door and there was no way out and no assistance available so after calling the owner who came as soon as she could and try to help me, I needed to escape from that area on my own digging the ground under the fence to be able to get out, a nightmare until I freed myself as there was no help service available apart from the good behaviour of the owner who tried to help but fully resource-less.

TrÚs bon séjour, excellent contact avec les hotes et leur represente Donna.

Piscine, plage repas en terrasse, visite des villes autour, Malaga, Grenade, Cordoue .Super. Pour l'appartement un plus + pourrait ĂȘtre apportĂ© pour la literie( dimensions des lits), la machine Ă  laver( bondissante...).et le refrigĂ©rateur( trop petit). Beau séjour. Emplacement prÚs de la plage et toute les commodités. Une vue incroyable sur la mer.

En gĂ©nĂ©ral, le sĂ©jour s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©. La plage est Ă  700 m de l’appartement. Il y’a un balcon spacieux. Une terrasse avec bbq qui surplombe la mer avec une vue magnifique.Ideale pour les nuits chaudes d’étĂ©. L’appartement est spacieux et peu accueillir jusqu’à 6 adultes et un bĂ©bĂ©. Par contre, l’appartement ce situe sur une colline et sur une rue difficile pour la conduite. De plus, il faudrait avoir plus de clĂ©s pour une grande famille, car tout est accĂšssible par clĂ©s, mĂȘme la sortie par mesure de sĂ©curitĂ©. Cela en devient ennuyant! De plus, l’eau chaude est une chose rare dans cet appartement. Le chauffe-eau n’est pas conçue pour plus de 2 personnes, ce qui n’est ps logique even la capacitĂ© de personne de cet appartement. En 1 semaine, aucun des membres de notre famille n’a pu prendre une douche non glacĂ©e ( j’ai du faire bouillir l’eau au bouilloire pour donner le bain Ă  mes deux bĂ©bĂ©s pour tout le sĂ©jour. TrĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able!! En plus de la gĂ©rante, qui n’as jamais de solution ĂĄ aucune question.

Vacances trÚs agréable

Appartement trĂšs bien, petits dĂ©jeuners ensoleillĂ©es sur le balcon avant d'aller faire un plongeon dans la piscine puis retour Ă  l'appartement pour bronzer sur la terrasse et puis c'est aussi trĂšs agrĂ©able de pouvoir faire des barbecues. En effet, il faut avoir une voiture pour les dĂ©placements, mais de toute façon, pour visiter la cĂŽte de Malaga-Marbella, il faut bien un moyen de locomotion! Le taxi tous les jours ne doit pas ĂȘtre moins cher que de louer une voiture ou d'avoir sa propre voiture! Nous recommandons cet appartement. Mes Ă©changes avec Miika Ă©taient trĂšs rassurant et super accueil par Paul! TrĂšs sympathique, nous n'avons rencontrĂ© aucun problĂšme mais il nous dit que de toute façon nous pouvons l'appeler si nous avons besoin. Le petit hic! les chiens qui aboient mais ce n'est pas Ă  longueur de journĂ©e!! Et puis, nous sommes en vacances. Merci Miika et Paul. Christelle

Muy bien todo!

La casa estå perfecta para pasar unos días, cómoda limpia y completa con todo el menaje del hogar. La ubicación hacia la playa no es lo que parece, pero estå relativamente cerca, tanto en coche como caminando. Por decir algo contra: hace falta una reforma cosmética.
