Idealmente ubicado, recientemente renovado apartamento ubicado en el centro de Los Boliches en Fuengirola. El apartamento reside en el complejo principal Don Luis, que ofrece una estancia segura y relajante para familias y parejas. El apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado con todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos, también tenemos aire acondicionado y calefacción instalados. El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios (uno con baño) que se puede configurar desde 4 camas individuales. La habitación con baño también cuenta con un televisor inteligente adicional. La cocina está equipada con una alta especificación y tiene todas las unidades que usted esperaría para permitir a los visitantes disfrutar de una estadía sin estrés. WiFi incluido como estándar y un gran televisor con canales británicos y españoles. Los apartamentos están cerrados y se comparte una gran piscina entre los residentes (abierta desde mediados de abril hasta finales de septiembre)

La playa de Fuengirola y numerosos bares y restaurantes están a no más de 3-5 minutos a pie.

El apartamento está idealmente ubicado cerca de la estación de tren de Los Boliches (2 minutos a pie) y las carreteras principales hacia Marbella y Málaga, por lo que es ideal para aquellos que también buscan viajar más allá de Fuengirola.

Excellent location, especially if you're travelling by train from Malaga airport. The beach is a two minute walk. Communication from the owner was exceptional and check in was easy. The two modern shower rooms made a big difference with four adults for a week. The pool is nice and was never too busy, with shady spots from the trees. We would definitely return.

Long stay winter holiday

Very nice apartment, two blocks back from front line, adjacent to train station. We stayed January to March, lovely warm sunny days for most part, but two very wet weeks. Evenings and nights are cold. Local parking very difficult to find.

Blissful!

A very generous apartment. Plenty of cleaning products, which you dont always find in rentals. This helps greatly to clean as you go. No shortage of glasses, plates or anything you might need. Beautiful pool. Very quiet. Also great privacy. John always available and very courteous. Overall, a wonderful spot with everything on your doorstep. Cannot wait to go back. Perfect stay

We were a group of three elderly friends, one of whom had mobility issues. The location was ideal for our purposes: right in the centre of Los Boliches within a few minutes of reastaurants, shops and nightlife. Beautiful, bright, spacious and tastefully decorated modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen and super bathrooms. We've visited Fuengirola twice a year for over 12 years and this was easily our best stay. Beats staying in hotels for price and comfort.

Great Apartment & great location

Bathrooms an kitchen are first class. Main bedroom good- second bedroom was a little cluttered, but adequate. Balcony was large - can see the sea, but not sea facing. We Stayed mid Oct, pool and garden not accessible.

Beautiful apartment in great location.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay in this beautiful apartment in Los Boliches. The location was perfect, 2 minutes from beach, restaurants, supermarket and train station. The property was so well equiped with everything you could possibly need. John the owner was most helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and only a phone call away should any problem arise. Best location possible!

Really enjoyed the apartment! Relatively quiet location, but truly accessible to everything. Beach, train, bus, supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, etc etc etc. The only real noise came from the dance lessons in the building across the street every afternoon. Interesting to watch people leaning Flamenco! The apartment had everything we could have needed and great AC for sleeping at night. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Lovely apartment in downtown Los Boliches

Very clean apartment in downtown Los Boliches. The train is minutes away, walking. Nice bakeries, restaurants and bars with live music. The beach is 5 minutes walk. No need for a car because of easy transportation. The apartment has everything you need for cooking and also beach chairs. The pool wasn’t open but when you have such a nice beach, that’s all you need. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The patio has windows all around, so warmer to chill in the winter months.

The apartment is ideally situated near the train line to the airport , the beach and lots of great restaurants, bars and shops . There was a bit of noise in the evening but it didn’t spoil our stay and to be expected when you stay in the middle of the resort. The bathrooms have been refurbished as has the kitchen . The showers were great and it was handy to have a washing machine also . We spent our time around the pool and more often than not we had it to ourselves .To summarise a lovely apartment with a communal pool in a great location in the middle of a fab resort .

The property had been refurbished to a very high standard. The beds were very comfortable.

The apartment is located in a central position in Los Boliches, very close to shops and the beach just a very short walk away. The train from Malaga airport stops very close to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much, there was everything that we needed, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Showers were very good and the air conditioning was good to have as the temperatures were very high. We would like to come back to this apartment for another holiday. The pool we did not use but did sunbathe on the surrounding grass and it was very pleasant. Altogether a very enjoyable stay in Los Boliches in the apartment Don Louis.

Little Gem !

Just got back from a 5 day stay in Johns apartment.The apartment is ideally located for everything,train station 300 yards away,supermarket 350yards away,beach and an abundance of places to eat and drink less than 5 minutes away ! The apartment has recently been refurbished with the kitchen and bathrooms very well done(rainfall shower is superb).My only criticism would be the lack of an aircon unit in the front bedroom(there are a couple of fans in there though),however,this apart I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone !

Great find

John's apartment is perfectly located for a lovely holiday in Los Boliches. Beach is a 3 minute walk away, there are a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Fuengirola is a 20 minute walk away if you're looking for a stretch or you can take the train which is approx 3 minutes walk away. The train also allows easy access to airport, Malaga Centre, Torremolinos, Benelmadena, etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, modern, nice pool which is open till 10pm during high season! John, the owner, was very easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment manager is just a phone call away and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Superb Apartment

We have just stayed as a family of 4 at this apartment, which is within the Don Luis complex of Los Boliches (1 short train stop before Fuengirola) for just over a week. This was our first venture into the Costa Del Sol but John the owner was incredibly informative and most helpful upon where to eat and what to visit etc. which was very re-assuring for new visitors. As for the apartment it had everything we could possibly need and it has been kept to a high standard. It is securely located inside a gated community, so only those with a key can gain access to the accommodation block and the pool is also secured behind a lockable gate. It's position was perfect for us, as everything from trains, buses, shops, restaurants and most importantly the sandy beach, is within easy walking distance. The trains do run close by to the Don Luis complex, however they are very quiet and they do not disturb the peace at night, so there are no issues there. I could probably go on forever about how much we enjoyed ourselves and how great the area was to us but I shall stop here and just say "go and see it for yourselves you will not be disappointed!!" We are already talking about going back next year.

El apartamento ha superado nuestras expectativas. Lo recomendamos y volveríamos a reservar. Puntos positivos: - Buena comunicación con el dueño, sobre todo si sabéis hablar en ingles. - Está ubicado en una buena zona, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa, supermercado y de bares/restaurantes. - La casa es grande, con mucho espacio. - Dispone de electrodomesticos modernos y todo lo que puedas necesitar en tu estancia (utensilios de cocina, limpieza, etc). Doble nevera que refrigera bien las bebidas. - Wifi funciona bien. - Aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. - Instalaciones bien cuidadas. Piscina limpia. - Ubicado frente a parada de autobus y cercanías renfe. Puntos a tener en cuenta: - Ruido leve-moderado por el transporte publico, aunque si cierras bien la terraza no nos resultaba molesto. - No incluye aparcamiento, y en esta playa cuesta mucho aparcar, sobre todo en fines de semana. Es preferible moverse en transporte publico. - Solo 1 llave para acceder a la piscina. En resumen, muy contentos con la estancia.

Que no os engañen

Cosas buenas. Baños y cocina son nuevos, están muy bien. Tenéis todo tipo de enseres para vivienda incluso playa. La situación es buenísima, al lado de la playa, restaurantes, supermercados.. El wi-fi funciona muy bien. La piscina grande, con césped, tranquila. A mejorar, los armarios de las habitaciones, antiguos y mal aprovechados. También colchones y almohadas. Si se pone el aire acondicionado, la terraza no se puede utilizar. El motivo de mi mala puntuación es el parking. Conocemos la costa del sol en verano y es dificilísimo encontrar aparcamiento. Por eso siempre filtramos los apartamentos por aquellos que tiene parking como era el caso. De lo contrario no lo hubiésemos elegido. El edificio tiene parking, pero al llegar allí nos dijeron que no lo podíamos utilizar. Eso nos imposibilitó desplazarnos algún día como teníamos previsto. Nos sentimos engañados, si en las características del piso se indica aparcamiento, pues está claro. VRBO parece que no comprueba datos o le da igual lo que hagan los propietarios. No volveremos a contratar con ellos, ya no nos podemos fiar.

The swimming pool will keep the kids entertained for days and the ocean can be seen from the balcony. The grounds are meticulously maintained and landscaped with exotic foliage.
