Very well situated and great car parking

Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French so we were unsble to tell him about the dheet. the restaurant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mr FERTE. Son logement est bien agencé et très proche du lac et du vieux Annecy. Mr FERTE est par ailleurs un hôte très agréable et disponible. BRAVO !!!A noter également la présence très sympathique du gardien de l'immeuble toujours prêt à rendre service.

Fantastisch voor ons verblijf in het voorjaar

Gezellige kleuren, dichtbij het meer en het centrum en dan ook nog voor een mooie prijs. Het pand is al wat ouder, maar super netjes. De mensen zijn er vriendelijk en rustig. De rolluiken zijn fijn voor 's nachts en voor de dagen dat het wat warmer is. Voor wie dat wil, is er een ruim assortiment aan keukenbenodigdheden en er is ruim voldoende ruimte voor kleding en dergelijke.

à la découverte d'Annecy

Nous avons passé cette semaine de vacances à la découverte d'Annecy, sa vieille ville et ses musées, ses petites ruelles traversées par son ruisseau d'eau claire reliées entre elles par nombre petits ponts, son lac si limpide et son esplanade, cet espace de verdure et de détente ou tout le monde y a sa place.

Appartement idéalement placé à 2 pas du lac d’Annecy en pleine ville. Stationnement dans la résidence.Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Une bonne surprise d’avoir tous les consommables du quotidien à notre disposition pour la semaine (pastille et liquide vaisselle , sac poubelle, torchons, filtre à café, quelques épices, etc.)Merci beaucoup nous avons passé une excellente semaine.
