The villa LE TROIS MÂTS has a large sunny and lush terrace, quiet and not overlooked, with loungers, a large outdoor table and a seating area.
The large reception rooms are crossed by an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with one side a lounge area (sofa bed) arranged around the fireplace, and the other a large and bright dining room overlooking the terrace.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- a bedroom (ground floor) with a large bed 2 people, a large dressing room (possibility of cot)

Attention description très embellie

Villa proposée "centre ville", en fait à 20minutes à pied du centre d'Arcachon ! Villa proposée pour 12 personnes, heureusement que nous n'étions que 6, il n'y a qu'un seul WC, 2 nuits c'était largement suffisant, je n'imagine pas une semaine à 12 !!! Chambre au RDC sans rideaux ni volets !!! Terrasse sur-vendue, toute petite avec une table et un banc "branlants"

Bonjour Denis, Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant la localisation, la maison se situe à environ 15–20 minutes à pied du centre d’Arcachon, comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Nous comprenons néanmoins que la notion de “centre” puisse être perçue différemment selon chacun, le quartier de l’Aiguillon reste appréciable pour son calme , sa proximité de la plage et du port. Pour la capacité d’accueil, la maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 12 personnes maximum , mais nous prenons en compte votre remarque concernant le confort, notamment le nombre de wc, afin d’améliorer la clarté de notre annonce. Nous sommes également désolés pour les éléments que vous mentionnez le rideaux et le banc de la terrasse. Ceux-ci vont être vérifiés et ajustés rapidement afin d’offrir une meilleure expérience à nos prochains voyageurs. Bonjour Juliette, je vous remercie d'avoir partagé votre opinion mais il aurait été plus judicieux de nous faire part de ce qui vous a éventuellement paru inadapté ; car notre maison est une arcachonnaise typique située a 2 pas du centre ville, elle dispose de 12 vrais lits avec une literie neuve (pas de canapé lit ), d'une grande salle à manger disposant de 12 chaises (pas de tabouret), une grande terrasse avec une autre table familiale équipée de bancs, de 2 salons (1 extérieur et 1 intérieur)... brefs nous avons essayé de penser à tout pour votre confort et mis à votre disposition les équipements pour passer un agréable séjour... Nous sommes réellement désolés de ne pas avoir répondu complètement à vos attentes mais nous espérons que vous avez passé un bon séjour à Arcachon. Delphine et Gregory
