アバティーユ地区では、2017年に建設されたホリデーヴィラ（2番目の家）は、ペレール公園とその壮大なビーチから目と鼻の先です。 近所はとても静かで、生活が楽になる地元のお店があります。
アルカションの中心部と有名なデューンデュピラからさほど遠くないムロー地区の間にあるこのレンタルは、壮大な地域を満喫するのに理想的な場所です。

A beautiful villa in a great resort will all amenities.. the villa owner couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped make our stay excellent for all our family. We would recommend this villa to anyone!

Beautifully designed house that was very well equipped. Multiple sets of windows made the house feel very open and light. Nicely situated between Arcachon and Pyla. Would definitely come back. And Estelle, the owner was very helpful.

Great house in great location

House is in a great situation, with a local bakery and a small shop that sells all the essentials just around the corner. We didn't have a car and really didn't need it. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need. Estelle was easy to communicate with and helped us with information on the local area. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay in Arcachon

Estelle’s villa is a home away from home. A beautiful villa that also feels homely. Overall: - Lounge, dining area and kitchen were all a good size and well equipped. - Pool is great - warm and bigger in real life than the pictures suggest. - Several nice surprises at the villa like ping pong table, three bikes, bats and balls. - Comfortable bedrooms with good aircon, mattresses, pillows, and duvets. - Water pressure in shower was great. - Lots of free parking outside the villa. - Lovely Boulanger two minute walk away. - Beach only 15 minute walk away. - Lots of great cycle paths nearby. Estelle was really helpful in the lead up to and during our holiday… a great host. Linen (towels, duvet covers, pillow covers) are 100 euros extra for the house but this was communicated in advance and is fairly normal in France. If we head back to Arcachon, we’ll definitely stay at Estelle’s villa again.

Excellente adresse.

Nous étions 7 durant 3 jours fin décembre dans cette maison bien équipée et bien conçue, chambres spacieuses, jolie déco aux couleurs du bassin, quartier calme, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. C’était parfait!

villa très agréable et bien située

Très au calme dans le quartier des Abatilles. La villa très spacieuse dispose de la climatisation ce qui est un réel plus les jours de canicule... Très pratique pour aller au centre d'Arcachon (20 minutes à pied), à la plage Pereire (15 minutes) ainsi qu'au Moulleau à peine plus loin. Stationnement très facile dans la rue On y retournera avec plaisir!

Maison récente et fonctionnelle avec emplacement entrée des abatilles.

Maison récente et bien équipée. Fonctionnelle. Extérieur avec piscine agréable. Petit bémol sur les oreillers trop plats à notre goût et qui mériteraient une gamme au dessus pour un meilleur sommeil. Arcachon et le moulleau sont accessibles à pied (environ 20/25 minutes). Stationnement facile dans la rue. Boulangerie et épicerie dans la rue parallèle très sympa pour le quotidien.

Idéal pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de belles vacances au calme dans cette maison dans le quartier des Abatilles. 20 min à pied de la plage d’arcachon et 20 min à pied de la plage Pereire. La maison est très propre, bien entretenue et équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine à fait le bonheur de tout le monde (et surtout de nos enfants).

Idéal en famille

Belle villa moderne disposant de tous les équipements récents. Plage et centre ville accessible à 20 mn à pied. Le quartier est très calme. Aucun bruit durant la nuit. Seul 2 bémols selon moi : - la literie qui n’est pas digne d’une location à ce tarif. - l’aménagement de la piscine qui n’est pas terminé, le béton brut tout juste lissé qui n’est pas très agréable.

Très belle maison disposant d'un emplacement proche de la plage Pereire et du tennis club - très bien équipée (cuisine avec tout le matériel récent), maison fonctionnelle et très bien décorée - la piscine chauffée est très agréable pour les jours un peu venteux. Fantastic villa in Arcachon

This was a perfect villa in Arcachon. We loved the pool an the nearby boulangerie. Most of the days we did not bother going to the beach, we just stayed at the house. The actual house was better than the photos, and we loved our stay. We would love to come back.
