You will be charmed by this exceptional historical site (US Cemetery in Colleville sur Mer 3 km, Pointe du Hoc 10 km, Bayeux tapestry ...) and the natural beauty of Bessin.

Our cottage is very warm and very clear.
It is actually a real family home of 130 m² very welcoming.

It is arranged as follows:

   * 1 living room with fireplace (open hearth)
   * 1 fully equipped american fitted kitchen
   * 1 dining room
   * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190)
   * 1 bathroom with a superb tub / shower
   * 1 independent WC
   * 1 laundry
   * 1 storeroom
- upstairs :
   * 1 very large room with 2 double beds (140 x 190) and 1 alcove-mezzanine (2 fixed beds)
   * on the landing a bathroom (integral shower) and separate WC.

Household equipment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, HI-FI, DVD player, waffle iron, raclette, steam cooker ...

There is also the possibility to park 4 cars in the courtyard of the house (private parking).

Not to mention our large private garden of 1100 m², surrounding the house, perfectly enclosed, with terrace and garden furniture, where barbecues are obviously at the rendezvous among the flowers and where children can have fun in peace. , especially in the small undergrowth.
