Share our piece of paradise! Beautiful turquoise waters, white sand of Grace Bay Beach and amazing snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, just minutes walk from our doorstep. Situated on Turtle Cove Marina, the Yacht Club has many conveniences in walking distance, including 5 restaurants, Turtle wave coffee shop, rental car/bicycles/scooters, and dive and excursion companies. Just a 10 min drive from the airport and groceries.
Turtle Cove has some of the most highly rated restaurants including Mango Reef, Baci Ristorante, and Shark Bite Bar and Grill in walking distance from the condo.

Spacious and fully equipped condo with patio/balcony (fully retracting doors to the outside) overlooking a large 3-tiered infinity pool and view of the ocean. This third-floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs. The on-suite bedroom has a King size bed with pillow top mattress and luxury linens. The walk-in tiled shower is welcomed after a long day at the beach! The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils and cookware you could need. New washer and dryer is in a separate laundry room and there is a safe available within the condo. Free complimentary WiFi, Smart tv's, use of beach chairs, cooler and beach towels.
The Yacht Club grounds are secure with gated access, nighttime security and parking right outside the building. The condo has a keyless door entry.
Award winning Grace Bay Beach is a 5-minute walk from our Yacht Club condo. The outer reefs located there, are the best, most easily accessible beach snorkeling on the island. You will see sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, ocean triggerfish, and many varieties of reef fish such as parrotfish, angelfish, grouper and squirrelfish, just to name a few. Come and enjoy your stay on the most beautiful island and beach in the world!

Our vacation rental is professionally cleaned by trained housekeeping staff between each reservation. We maintain the highest housekeeping standard using CDC approved commercial grade disinfectant on all hard and soft surfaces focusing on high touch points such as light switches, door knobs, remotes, etc. These efforts provide you the peace of mind to experience a sanitized, clean and disinfected home to enjoy.

The location of the yacht club was fantastic for exploring the area! The kitchen was well equipped and made for a perfect place to prepare some of our meals. The pool was lovely and the walk to the beach was easy great information in the information book. The bed was very comfortable and the patio balcony was our favorite place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Parking spot was helpful since we decided to rent a car. Unfortunately the weather made snorkeling not possible the week we were there, but we would look forward to coming back.

Great condo and location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Provo in this condo! The location is excellent, since it's within walking distance to several good restaurants and beaches. The tiered pool was a nice bonus as well and a relaxing respite after a long day of activities. The condo itself was well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip, including beach/snorkel gear. We would stay here again if we come back to T&C!

Good location with a hand full of restaurants within walking distance and a short car ride to everything else. Turks Wave Cafe was our morning hangout before venturing out on the island or going back to the property and hanging out at the pool. Very quiet on the Yacht club property and the condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks Molly and Curt.

Amazing stay

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful property in Turtle Cove. The condo unit was spotless and had everything we ever could have needed to enjoy our time in Turks in Caicos. We took full advantage of the snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach toys, the gorgeous balcony overlooking the marina and pool, the short walks to lovely restaurants and cafes and of course, the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit this beautiful island!

Amazing Vacation

The location of the Yacht Club is just perfect, with restaurants close by, beach access, beach amenities, plus the 4 infinity pools make for the perfect stay. We loved the property and the location. The Yacht Club is centrally located and it's easy to get to any beach or location within 20 minutes. Just a 5-10 minute walk to Grace Bay one direction...and Smiths Reef the other direction. Little hard to find the correct path to Grace Bay beaches...but its there. It was really windy the week we were there...so the Pool set up was perfect for when we started to get sandblasted on the beach. Kitchen was set up perfectly for all the meals you want to eat in...beautiful patio to eat on. Blow up bed worked out great as both kids got there own bed. Great central location and couple of nice restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect getaway - would definitely stay here again!

This unit was exactly what we needed. Booking and check-in were easy. The owner and local property manager were very helpful and responsive.Everything was very clean and welcoming! The location was convenient, and we could walk to several restaurants. Love Sharkbite Pub for extensive menu, good food and drinks, as well as good prices. The best snorkeling was very near on Grace Bay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a view of the harbor and the pool just reading and relaxing. It was very quiet there which we appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other people.

The unit in The Yacht Club was wonderful. The owners have everything you need and the place was clean. No need to stay at some resort. Molly was great in helping us find Scooter Bob’s for car rental. Smiths Reef is the best shore snorkeling. We say a least 5 turtles. Plan on coming back.

We had been coming to Provo, TCI for 13 years and decided to purchase a condo as our second home. We downsized and sold our family home in Upstate NY for this exciting opportunity and have no regrets! We chose Turtle Cove end of Grace Bay Beach because of the tranquility and peaceful area with the ability to walk to restaurants and see the most amazing snorkeling right off the beach at Smith's Reef. We love sharing our space with our guests from all over the world!

Why they chose this property

The Yacht Club grounds and pool are beautiful, private, quiet and secure. Grace Bay Beach is a short walk and if you see more than 10 people on the beach it would be a lot. If you enjoy snorkeling you will want to do it often to see amazing sea life. Some of the best restaurants on the island are in walking distance. Our condo is well maintained with everything you could need and wonderful on island property management.

What makes this property unique

Some of the best restaurants on the island are just a short walk from the Yacht Club grounds. From breakfast sandwiches and pizzas to fine dining lobster dinners, all delicious! We are also in walking distance to the quiet end of Grace Bay beach, with top notch snorkeling right of the beach!
