Carpe Diem 102 was a great base for our trip. Immaculately clean, well stocked kitchen, excellent mattress, useful beach chairs and umbrellas. Loved the location in Grace Bay which had so much in walking distance. One recommendation would be to have a little table and chairs on patio to enjoy beautiful landscaping with morning coffee.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Miranda’s home! The condo was extremely clean and very well appointed, the furnishings were a blend of elegance, comfort and hominess! We were very appreciative of the thoughtfulness and care that was taken in providing quality and quantity of amenities which included a supply of towels and many items that are useful for a beach location). It was a pleasure to prepare meals using great cookware, dishes and a range of appliances! The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach, grocery store and restaurants.Our trip to TCI was truly enhanced by having stayed at your condo! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had an OUTSTANDING trip to Grace Bay. The condo is in the perfect location to walk to local restaurants and only a 10 min cab ride to Coco Bistro, the marina for jet skiing, and 20 min to the airport. The condo is so clean, decorated beautifully and Miranda was an amazing host. Everything is fully stocked - we didn’t need to go to the store for anything except Diet Coke and festive beverages. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for taking such great care of your guests!

Condo was beautiful, clean, quiet, & conveniently located to beach, stores, & restaurants (no car necessary). We enjoyed both the private pool & the beach. The cute coffee shop right next door (Lemon 2 Go) was so convenient (& good)! Miranda was great to work with - very responsive to any questions we had. Loved our stay & only wished it was longer!

This place was amazing! Centrally located in the heart of Grace Bay. The washer, dryer, and pool were a plus. All the utensils and travel items you may need were included. Easy walking to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Owners were responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

The condo was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The proximity to the beach was not accurately represented. It’s a very long walk to the beach, down a major road, through several properties, just to get to the sand. You must walk across all the chairs belonging to a resort to get to the 2 chairs for the condo. There are no facilities for restroom or to wash sand off. It’s a painful walk back with sandy feet. We opted to drive to the public beach because it was easier. That should be explained better. There are shops nearby, and restaurants you can walk to, but the closest restaurants are very commercial and the food is marginal.

Best place to stay! Close to it all no need for car. And Miranda is the best always avaibale to answer any question I had about the condo! So glad I picked this condo we sooooo enjoyed our stay! Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location to walk to the beaches and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. We were given all the information we needed and the house was stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We’ll absolutely be back!

Clean spacious well equipped unit. Good restaurants, coffe shops and shopping a short walk away is super convenient. Access to Grace Bay beach is easy. Very quiet. Safe area. Owner is responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Carpe Diem.

We had a wonderful time as always! This is the second time we stayed at this condo, and it was perfect both times. The location is great with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Communication with Miranda was good and she responded to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic location

The location is amazing! The beach chairs on Grace Bay beach are in the perfect location too. Everything in the condo was so well stocked from beach essentials to anything you could possibly need in a kitchen. We would definitely stay here again! Was looking at a couple of different places in the area but picked this one, because it was gated and secure. Excellent communication with the owners too.

Perfect place in Grace Bay

Miranda and Keaton Have a great location. The condo was immaculate, and had everything you could need. Plenty of towels, paper products, soap, even sun tan lotion. The bed was so comfortable, if it wasn’t so beautiful outside you could spend the day there. They made you feel like you were a guest in their own home.

Wonderful stay

This unit is clean, well stocked and conveniently located! I overpacked having spent time at other owner rentals that were lacking the basics. That was not needed here. Shopping, restaurants, car rentals and grocery stores were all within walking distance. The beach was only a few minutes away and the walkway is beautiful. We felt safe on the property and rarely even ran into other guests. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went out. We were tracking a storm the week leading up to our trip. Miranda was communicative during that time and eased some anxiety while we waited to see the path. She was also super responsive when we were in the unit. Overall an A++++ stay. We can’t wait to return to Carpe diem and to see the crystal clear waters of grace bay!

Wonderful Anniversary Trip
