Single storey villa (120 m2). Situated approx 1300 m from the sea front – Riells and Montgó beach, shops and restaurants and 5 minutes drive from the village

The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.

50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.

Payments will be made by card online.

Pets : 50 €

The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Check or card)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 85 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour La terrasse est agréable La piscine est grande, chaude et bien entretenue À notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une maison propre La literie reste confortable L’emplacement de la maison est bien , nous somme au calme tout en restant proche de la ville et nous pouvons aller à la plage à pieds

Cette location n'est pas au niveau requis.a ce tarif je devrais avoir des prestations de qualite

La maison ne dispose que dequipements 80's une literie digne dun camping un frigo qui peine a faire du froid une machine a laver capricieuse .un mini four et non un four plus une somme de details a corriger (je pourrais vous en faire une longue liste). Pour couronner le tout un voisinage plus que bruyant du matin au soir
