BEAUTIFUL MODERN 4 BEDROOM HOLIDAY VILLA (130m²) WITH HEATED POOL AND WIFI IN MONTSENY/EMPURIABRAVA


Lovely detached, recently renovated villa with modern design, air conditioning, fast wifi connexion and heated pool, located in the quiet area Montseny of Empuriabrava, close to the beach, shops (150 metres) and downtown.

The villa is entirely on one level and consists of a large air-conditioned lounge with a sofa and a sofa bed, a dining room with wifi, fitted kitchen, two air conditioned bedrooms with a 180 cm bed (2x 90 cm twin beds pushed together), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the other side of the house there are two master suites, each equipped with air conditioning, a 180 cm (2x 90cm twin beds pushed together) and its private en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In the living room there is a large flat screen satellite-TV with international programs.
Outside you will find a large sunny situated pool that is heated by a 13kW heat pump (April to end of October), a comfortable summer lounge and a large table with chairs for meals near the barbecue.
The windows have electric blinds for your safety and improved comfort.

Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles on the enclosed, private property.

Close to some shops, a bakery and restaurants (150m), as well as to the city centre and beach: 950m, approx. 10-15 min. by foot and 5 min. by car.

The minimum age to rent this house is 25 years.

Arrival & departure day: SATURDAY (except low season and promotional offers).

One house-trained pet (dog/cat) is allowed; a second one may be accepted after prior request.

Optional bed linen & towel package can be put at your disposal, if ordered in advance.

All necessary tourist information will be provided through a brochure in your holiday home, in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Es war alles soweit gut. Sehr Swimmingpool ist kleiner ausgefallen wie gedacht und im Badezimmer war ein ekeliger Geruch. Das war sehr unangenehm, aber nachdem wir es weitergegeben hatten wurde sich drum gekuemmert. Leider fuer uns zu spaet da wir dann schon abreisen mussten. Aber ein Tag ohne Gestank hatten wir.

Seit ca. 20 Jahren fahren wir nach Empuriabrava und waren zu allen Wetterlagen in verschiedensten Häusern. Das hier war garnix. - Aufgrund massivem Gestank aus der Kanalisation konnten wir 2 Tage Land ein Zimmer und 3 tage lang ein Bad nicht benutzen. Die Begründung der Eigentümer (Wetter, Regen Tramuntara, ...) ist Hanebüchen. Das hat uns sogar derer freundliche Kleiner bestätigt, der 2-3mal da war. Es liegt an der fehlerhaften Konstruktion der Duschen. Der Ablauf ist zu tief gebaut - daher konnte kein vernünftiges Siphon eingebaut werden. - Die Poolumrandung wird nach Kontakt mit Wasser spiegelglatt. Kinder können dort ohne Begleitung nicht langlaufen, selbst den Erwachsenen fiel es schwer. Ich selber bin aufgrund dessen ausgerutscht und habe mir ein 8cm-Cut im Unterarm zugezogen, als ich ausgerutscht und auf die viel zu scharf gebaute Poolkante gestürzt bin. - In einem Zimmer funktionierte weder die Klimaanlage noch das TV. Und das bei einer EM. Die fadenscheinige Aussage der Eigentümer - das TV empfängt nur französische Programme ist gelogen. Das TV empfängt garnix. - Im Gegensatz zur Darstellung links auf dem ersten Bild steht dort aktuell eine aus Betonstein hergestellte Sitzgarnitur die maximal als Ablage genutzt werden kann. - Der zweite, hintere Eingang lässt sich nicht verriegeln. Als Einbruchschutz stand ein abgesägter Besenstiel zur Verfügung um das Aufschieben der Tür zu verhindern. Mehr kann ich nicht schreiben, max 1500 Zeichen nur drin. Nie wieder.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa rouge qui est adapté pour des vacances en famille. Chacun trouve son espace. L'endroit est idéal pour accès aux commerces et à la plage. Sandra a été parfaite pour l'accueil et les infos nécessaires au bon déroulement du séjour ainsi que très réactive pour une intervention durant la semaine. Bon équipement de la villa, piscine très bien entretenue. Seul petit bémol déjà signalé dans les autres commentaires : quelques remontées d'odeur d'égouts mais rien d'insupportable.

Satisfaisant dans l’ensemble

Arrivé un peu mouvementé car les colonnes de douches ne fonctionnais pas et donc elles ont été changées 5 jours après puis robinet de la cuisine. Sinon très bon séjour nous sommes restés 1 mois. Encore 2 bémols Internet il faut vraiment passer à la fibre car pas d’internet de 12h a 15h30 et 20h a 23h. Pas assez de vaisselle couteaux à steak assiettes creuses et de verres à eau. Merci pour tout nous avons passés un bon excellent séjour

Das Haus ist Ok den Pool als beheizt zu verkaufen ist denke falsch denn er macht Max 21 grad Wassertemperatur was sehr schade wahr weil dies ein ausschlagendes Argument wahr um das Haus zu mieten

Séjour août 2013

Après y avoir séjourné durant l'été 2012, nous avons résigné pour une semaine à l'occasion des congés d'été 2013. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée et située dans un quartier très calme. Nous sommes une troupe de 3 adultes et 4 enfants (dont 3 pré-ados) et avec la possibilité de faire dormir les enfants dans le studio, cela a plu à tout le monde! La région est réellement magnifique, des restaurants variés et des loisirs divers, bref de super vacances. La villa est fidèle aux photos, et la salle de séjour, est quasiment une salle de bal... Le studio est très pratique pour les ados qui peuvent rentrer et sortir sans troubler le repos des parents...seul bémol, la lumière extérieure pour le barbecue et la table de jardin, qui brille par son absence! Mais bon , les proprios très sympa par ailleurs l'ont promis pour l'année prochaine,alors...le plus, la villa est au fond d'une impasse, et la piscine est protégée des regards des voisins... Bref tranquillité et intimité garantie!

Premier séjour à Empuriabrava

Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour à Empuriabrava et cette villa y a fortement contribué. Nous étions deux couples et trois enfants : les enfants ont dormi dans le studio et les adultes dans la villa (l'entrée principale est commune, il y a un dégagement ensuite qui dessert le studio et la villa). Ainsi, tout le monde avait son indépendance tout en garantissant la sécurité de chacun. Le descriptif et les photos sont conformes à ce qui est proposé, la villa est située en fond d'impasse dans un quartier résidentiel. La piscine est ensoleillée en partie toute la journée, ce qui permet d'en profiter du matin jusqu'au soir. Un petit centre commercial et une boulangerie à proximité immédiate permettent de faire les achats "urgents". En revanche, pour la plage, il vaut mieux prévoir la voiture car elle est un peu éloignée. Merci encore pour cette semaine.

On a trouvé notre bonheur

Séjour de 15 jours , première quinzaine de juin 2102. Maison tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, toutes commodités. Tranquilité assurée dans un super environnement. 2 terrasses, des transats, et une piscine parfaite. Temperature de 23 à 29 ° pendant tout le séjour, très très agréable. Première semaine à 2 et deuxième semaine à 7 sans problème. Nous connaissions très bien Empuria et la région mais le cadre de la maison nous en a mis plein la vue et nous a permis le plus grand repos. Quartier hyper calme. Bref... à conseiller fortement ! VILLA TRES AGREABLE

Belle villa dans laquelle nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Toutefois nous émettons 2 petits bémol : 1/ le nombre de couchage :il est impossible de coucher sur le canapé lit du studio. A 9 nous avons fait dormir les 3 garçons sur le canapé lit du salon. 2/ le ménage à notre arrivée : lorsque nous avons déplié le canapé lit du salon, celui ci était sale et recouvert de poils de chien. Mise à part cela, tout s'est très bien passé. Le quartier est calme.
