3-sided house in secure residence (electric gate) direct access to the beach by gate panoramic view of the Gulf of Lion from Collioure to Leucate, from Canigou to CorbiĂšres, 2 terraces.

Composed of an open kitchen with very good sea view, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, "NESPRESSO" coffee makers, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob, extractor hood, sufficient dishes, pots and pans , stoves and utensils.

Living room with an exceptional sea view overlooking a terrace overlooking the beach (table and armchairs, barbecue), sofa, television. Another terrace at the front with table and armchairs, parasol, electric plancha.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, one with a sea view, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Parking spot.

Shops nearby, Collioure 1 km by coastal road.

Rental of sheets and towels, 20 euros per bed on request.

End of stay cleaning to be carried out.

Wonderful location

Sea views and access to a secluded beach, and coastal path walks, all very beautiful. Apartment clean and comfortable and high quality. Just think would need air conditioning at height of summer, we were there in March, so everything was perfect. Thank you

Lovely apartment. Amazing outside space and furniture with stunning views. Great communication with owner/manager and easy check in process. Would really benefit from some air conditioning units as stifling hot in bedrooms.

Perfekte Lage, direkt am Meer, neben einem schönen Strand mit kurzem Fußweg von der Terrasse. Port Vendres und Collioure fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemĂŒtlich, praktisch aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet.
