Very bright 110m2 storey house in a beautiful residence with private jacuzzi and communal swimming pool.

A semi-independent entrance with guest toilet.

Kitchen, open onto a large living room, very well equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven, large fridge freezer, toaster, nespresso machine, special T-machine and dining area.

Large air-conditioned living room with TV (cable and satellite) and SONOS hi-fi area opening onto a loggia with a farmhouse table that can accommodate up to 10 guests and a large terrace with gas barbecue, jacuzzi and pétanque pitch.

4 very comfortable air-conditioned and bright rooms:
1 Master bedroom on the ground floor with double bed 160x200 cm and double closet, TV, DVD and SONOS hi-fi giving on one side with a view of the terrace and the jacuzzi and on the other side on a large bathroom with bathtub , walk-in shower and wc.
1 bedroom in private mezzanine with double bed 160x200 cm, large shelves and TNT TV, IHome alarm clock radio.
2 bedrooms (including 1 child's bedroom) upstairs each with a closet and single 90cm beds with one bedroom overlooking the Jacuzzi-terrace-garden and the other with a view of the shared swimming pool.

We had a fantastic holiday with the family. The house is beautiful, it has absolutely everything that one can wish for.We enjoyed our stay, had fun at playing Boule in the backyard, relaxed in the jacuzzi and went to swim in the pool nearby.Matthieu is a very kind and attentive host and we could reach out to him any time when we had a question. We will certainly come back!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Anlage mit einer tollen Terrasse. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir hatten spontan gebucht und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Johanna und Mathieu waren super nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert Auch für unsere Fahrräder war genug Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ganz herzliche Grüße!

Séjour à la mer Méditerranée, basée à Grimaud

Magnifique séjour de presque deux semaines, la maison de Matthieu était confortable pour une grande famille, tout est bien pensé et on ne manque de rien - on a aimé la piscine attenante, le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, et les soirées de pétanque.

Heel leuke en gezellige vakantiewoning met charmante eigenaar.

Wij werden ontvangen door de heel charmante eigenaar Mathieu welke heel behulpzaam was. De locatie ligt een 3 tal kilometer van Port Grimaud en twee km van Grimaud. Dus centraal. Alles was heel net en alles was aanwezig zoals wij thuis zouden vertoeven. Dus een topper.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful and perfect place!

We are a family of 5 and had a wonderful stay at the place of Johanna and Mathieu. It started with a very warm welcome and introduction that made us feel comfortable immediately. The house and environment are just perfect. Spacious, very nice interior and exterior, all of high quality, fully equipped, and extremely well maintained. Whirlpool in the garden and community pool directly next door. Altogether a perfect stay and we are looking forward to coming back again.

a great week in the south

the house is located centrally to make visits to all the local towns easy. mathieu has set up the house to provide an excellent experience with attention to the details, from sonos sound to the dyson vacuum cleaner he was also knowledgeable and helpful in arranging dining through boat rental. go and enjoy!

Magnifique maison très fonctionnelle

Maison très fonctionnelle avec tout le confort et une décoration très soignée. L'extérieur est vraiment très agréable et un jeu de lumière apaisant pour les soirées. La climatisation est présente dans chaque pièce et ultra silencieuse. La piscine est commune au lotissement mais très peu de monde finalement et elle se trouve en face de la maison. Le jaccuzzi est bien grand et très agréable. Dommage qu'il soit tombé en panne la veille de notre arrivée. Le propriétaire a fait tout son possible pour le faire réparer au plus vite. J'ai regretté quand même de ne pas obtenir un geste commercial pour les 4 jours où il a été indisponible car pour moi le jaccuzzi avait été l'élément décisionnel de cette maison du fait d'avoir une piscine commune. La valeur locative n'était donc plus la même. Le propriétaire nous a transmis les bons plans du coin (resto, plages, commerces, etc …).

Maison idéale pour vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Mathieu et Johanna avec mon mari et nos 2 filles de 3 et 1 an. L’accueil était très chaleureux, la maison en parfait état et faite avec beaucoup de goût, climatisation dans toutes les Pieces, une terrasse très agréable avec sa grande table , Jacuzzi, terrain de pétanque et barbecue ! La piscine du lotissement est la porte en face de la maison et très agréable également. Bref tout pour passer d’excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis !

What an amazing week

My Familie and I stayed 8 nights here and we really loved it. House is super and beautifully decorated.... it is very well furnished with absolute everything you could possibly need, the entertainment system is awesome...Sonos Music System, Netflix and Apply Computer. Pool is huge and kids spend almost the entire day there. The location is nice too... very secured area to stay, 5 min to Port Grimaud around 15 min to St. Tropez... The holst was really amazing... helped us a lot with insider recommendations... just to make it short and simple, We will come back and are recommending the house to everyone that is planing to stay here.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Ausstattung des Hauses modern und sehr viele Sachen vorhanden. Jacuzzi und Pool haben sehr gut funktioniert. Umgebung sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen. In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es einen guten Supermarkt.
