About this property

Just A Little Horse Farm

We are a working horse farm, horses are transported to the City everyday to work our carriage company during tourist season. Our horses are well known and loved.

Our place is in a very nice neighborhood and is a very peaceful haven. Our neighborhood is a great place to go on walks or sit outside and soak in the sun. It is very close to downtown Fredericksburg, VA.

The space

Our in-law-suite about 1,000 sq ft. The in-law-suite has a full kitchen, laundry room and one full bathroom. The bedroom has a bed and two large dressers and a very large walk in closet. The area is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. It is in our home but you will have your privacy. The is a very large screen TV to watch.

The in-law-suite has its own private entrance with a beautiful pergola to sit under on when the weather is nice.

Guest access

The apartment is separated by a downstairs door, guests have access to the whole apartment. Private access and a parking spot.

Interaction with guests

We give our guest privacy and interact as much as our guest care too. Guest are more than welcome to knock on the door and come in for conversation. We work long hours and are away from the farm during certain times of the year.

Other things to note

Guest are welcome to visit with horses as long as we are with our guests. Guests should not approach horses without permission.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
