Be the Boss of Chelsea

We really enjoyed our time at Maximilian's apartment. Convenient to come and go, close to the Market, the water, and all of Chelsea's other attractions, and very comfortable. Oh, we happened to meet the neighbors and they were very nice. Maximilian was prompt with communication and welcoming into his home.

Excellent Accommodation

This was one of the most fantastic VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. Max, the home owner, has an amazing home with beautiful decor. His house keeper LuAnn was very professional and easy to coordinate with. I would recommend this townhouse to my network without a complaint in mind. Can’t thank them enough for their helpfulness and allowing us into their home.

City Living at its Best

What an incredible place and gracious host! The location was perfect for us and the house gave us an experience of living at its best in the City. Location, location, location !

We had decided for the first time to try VRBO for our family as we moved our daughter into NYU rather than get multiple hotel rooms. This house was beautiful and beyond our expectations from start to finish! It had all modern amenities, house was clean and fresh and the kitchen was gorgeous with state of the art appliances! We were a family of 10 and the sleeping arrangements accommodated everyone comfortably. The location is in the heart of meat packing district with so many great restaurants and shopping, highline and more and just a 20 min walk to NYU. The owners replied in a quick manner and were very accommodating. My husband said he would want to stay just 2 of us while busing our daughter - haha! I would highly recommend this home .

Amazing space - incredible host and super location

Wow - what a fantastic experience. Amazing home with huge, expansive indoor living space, great bedrooms, and fun outdoor patio overlooking garden. Host was gracious and professional from start to finish and house manager was super accessible, friendly, and helpful at every turn. Highest possible recommendation - 10 stars on a 5-star scale.
