Grande maison tout confort!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison. 6 chambres voire 7 car le dortoir dispose d'une séparation. Une des chambres est au sous-sol mais le gros avantage est qu'elle est au calme si vous avez des enfants qui font des siestes. Les autres espaces de la maison permettent aux grands groupes de cohabiter sans être les uns sur les autres. De plus, la maison est bien équipée. Le petit point négatif qui ne concerne pas la maison mais Briançon est qu'il n'est pas agréable ni sécuritaire de se balader à pied (avec des enfants notamment) car les trottoirs sont impraticables en cas de neige, ce qui rend certains passages dangereux car nous avons du circuler sur la route. Cependant, l'arrêt de la navette pour se rendre dans le centre de Briançon est accessible facilement (à peine 5 minutes à pied) mais l'arrêt retour est plus dangereux pour marcher jusqu'à la rue du logement. Cela n'entache pas la qualité de la location mais il peut être bien de le savoir avant le séjour.

Chalet Briançon Satisfait

Chalet qui correspondait à notre attente, il nous a permis d’accueillir toute notre famille petits et grands. Chambres bien séparées du lieu de vie qui a permis aux petits enfants de dormir tranquille. Situé à proximité de tout les commerces. Avec en prime un baby foot qui a pu réunir les générations. Très bon accueil de Christine et bon contact avec les propriétaires basé sur une confiance mutuelle.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa grande casa a Briancon. La proprietà è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni prima che arrivassimo: una volta arrivati lì ci è stata mostrata tutta la casa e gli accessori. Tanto spazio a disposizione: siamo stati molto bene. Posizione ottima a un passo dai servizi e dal centro città.

Maison parfaite pour plusieurs familles

La maison est très grande et très bien conçue. La chambre avec les lits superposés, la salle à manger, le jardin, le local à skis... Tout est parfait pour des vacances en famille nombreuse. La maison est un peu vieillotte, il faut le dire pour ceux qui veulent du neuf comme dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Mais pour nous, c'était parfait. Le propriétaire et Christine étaient vraiment disponibles et gentils. Le domaine skiable est très grand et magnifique !. Je pense que nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement la maison ! Merci beaucoup.

Maison parfaite pour plusieurs familles

La maison est très bien conçue pour des groupes. La chambre avec plusieurs lits superposés et la terrasse, la salle à manger, le local pour les skis, le jardin, beaucoup de chambres doubles. Il faut dire que la maison est un peut vieillotte si on cherche un hôtel e 4 étoiles, mais nous avons bien aimé la simplicité de la maison originale ! Le propriétaire et Christine ont été très gentils et disponible. Séjour parfait ! Merci.

Location Idéale pour grande famille ou groupe de + de 10 personnes

Ce Chalet est très bien situé avec toutes les commodités et commerce à proximité même le Bowling -:)) Il est dans son jus, un peu vieillot dans sa déco et ses ustensiles de cuisine ( appareils à raclette à changer) mais confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer une bon séjour. Qq soucis d'évacuations d'eau sur la douche du sous sol à solutionner... Attention aux accès de ce chalet (non dit dans l'annonce) pas compatible pour personnes handicapés ou à mobilité réduite. Le super accueil de "Christine" ainsi que ses conseils de balades et visites sont indispensables à la réussite de votre séjour. Merci à elle. Nous recommandons pour le rapport qualité/ Prix.

Great property, highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is ideal for large groups/family gatherings. Location is great next to an amazing bakery, not overlooked, and amazingly quiet. Views are good from some bedrooms. Outdoor space enjoyable. Watch stairs to access the property may not be suitable for all.

Chalet spacieux et familial

Chalet très spacieux où chacun avait son espace (Nous étions 4 familles de 14 personnes au total). Mention spéciale pour le grand séjour convivial et fonctionnel et pour le dortoir pour les enfants avec ses jeux à disposition (+ babyfoot). Jardin très agréable ombragé et ensoleillé. Chalet au calme tout en étant très proche des commodités (accès à pied) Un super accueil de la part de Christine qui a pris le temps d’échanger avec nous ses bons plans balades. Petits bémols : - wifi inutilisable - chaudière non mise en route à notre arrivée alors que les pièces étaient froides et chambre au sous sol humide de ce fait ! - dysfonctionnement de l’arrivée d’eau chaude dans l’une des salles de bain le dernier jour - le ménage : pourtant compris dans la prestation, le ménage laissait vraiment à désirer - le barbecue vraiment trop petit et inadapté par rapport à la capacité d’accueil du chalet Toutefois, nous gardons un très souvenir de ce séjour et le recommandons
