Bon dans l’ensemble

Commençons par les points négatifs : Odeur de transpiration horrible à l’entrée de l’appartement et matelas du lit salle, plaid du canapé salle et couette du lit avec traces de fluide corporel. Pas de clim, on a du laisser ouvert pendant 2 jours. Points positifs : emplacement, place de parking privative, communication avec le vendeur, agencement de l’appartement, équipement globalement bon. Je recommande mais checker bien l’odeur et les draps si vous prenez cette location.

Désolé de ne pas avoir satisfait vos attentes. La clim n'est pas dans le descriptif. Le matelas est changé, le linge que vous signalez a été lavé avant votre arrivée, et n'est la que pour aider, car il est précisé dans l'annonce qu'il n'est pas fourni. Quant à des odeurs de sueur, elles ne proviennent probablement que des personnes présentes car inexistantes auparavant. Merci encore pour vos remarques.
