The house is located in the pretty village of Sassetot le Mauconduit, close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar-tabac, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc.).
The Petites Dalles beach, 2 km away, is accessible by car, bicycle or on foot via the GR21 which passes in front of the house.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with open kitchen of 50 m², to which is annexed an annex with a bathroom, separate WC and storage space.
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower and WC) and a TV room (bouquet box with more than 150 channels). One of the two bedrooms has separate 80 cm beds, which can be put together.

Being gourmets, the kitchen is equipped with a wide range of utensils for cooking, eating seafood and grilling.
The garden, 100 m², has a large and beautiful wooden terrace as well as all the garden furniture to enjoy the sun, because the house is facing south.
The region is of enormous historical, geographic and cultural wealth. The essential places near the rental are- the cliffs of Etretat, Fécamp with the famous Palais de la Bénédictine, Musée Pêcheries, Veules les Roses with its smallest river in France, the pretty town of Dieppe. Also easily accessible, the cities of Le Havre and Rouen.
For sports lovers, many golf courses nearby, marked cycle-tourism trails, the famous GR21 which runs along the entire coast from Le Havre to Veulettes sur Mer, practice of all water sports with famous spots for windsurfing and kite surfing.
If you do not find all the fish and seafood among the many fishermen in Saint Valéry en Caux, you can fish them or pick them up yourself at the bottom of the house.
