Studio sea view and pool

Garden level studio in a tropical garden with swimming pool to cool off and panoramic views of the rock and the diamond bay. Fully equipped with kitchenette table and benches. The studio has a double bed, a sofa bed a place in second bed; a bathroom with toilet. Sheets and towels are provided. It is air conditioned, you have TV and wifi available.
Common areas are the garden, the pool, the carbet and the laundry area.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet; you can reach the beach of la cherry 2 minutes by car; the village and shops are 3 km and access to the expressway to 5 minutes which allows you to quickly access the main axis of Martinique.
An outdoor parking space is available. A car is strongly recommended but you have a bus stop 10 minutes walk away.
A weekly yoga class is offered.
On request, we offer a romantic candlelit dinner under the carbet. According to your desires, Julien, chef, will propose a menu cooked by his care.
Visitor's tax CAESM: In accordance with article L2333-29 of the CGCT, "the tourist tax is established on the subjected persons who are not domiciled in the commune and which do not have residence there by reason of which they are liable to the housing tax ".
