This is my GO-TO property for entertaining friends and clients when fishing the White River. I always get "how did you find this place!?" If you have downtime staying here, it's because you chose to. The property is equipped to entertain, WOW the guests with all of it's amenities, and is spotless clean. The Fish and Game house is absolutely the best! The upstairs has plenty of room and fun for the kids and the downstairs is the quiet retreat for the adults. Can’t beat the location either. One of our very favorite places to stay!

Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!
