Our home will comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests, with over 4000 square feet of living space. The giant backyard is perfect for hosting BBQs, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, and playing outdoor games. We even provide plenty of firewood for your convenience.

The Fish and Game house is absolutely the best! The upstairs has plenty of room and fun for the kids and the downstairs is the quiet retreat for the adults. Can’t beat the location either. One of our very favorite places to stay!

Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!
