En betagende udsigt over Paris! Udsigten strækker sig op til 50 km til runden!
Unmissable, bakken Montmartre byder velkommen til det hellige hjerte og tilbyder turister en tur til Paris mousserende! Udgangspunktet for en tur i tid, distriktet har mange attraktioner. Administreret af benediktinerne, er det Sacred Heart Basilica hjemsted for et lille stykke jord plantet med vinstokke. Hvert år arrangerer distriktet høstfestivalen, hvor mange besøgende og håndværkere samles for at fremme lokale produkter. Kun få skridt fra vingården opdager vi allerede Dalidas hus, der går forud for den mytiske cabaret "kaninen, der er let". Visninger er stadig tilgængelige. Med sin ideelle eksponering og det lys, der blev tilbudt, så Montmartre mange kunstnere som Cezanne, Wlaminck, Renoir, Degas, Braque og Picasso for blot at nævne nogle få. Ånden forbliver intakt, og stjernerne er stadig skjult der ...

Spectacular family stay

Martine is an exceptional host and her apartment is incredibly homey, stylish and Parisien with remarkable views in a historic location. Martine is warm and accommodating while offering specific and relevant recommendations.

Fantastic apartment and location

Great stay

Great location, clean and spacious apartment, with a breathtaking view! We were a bit concerned prior to the travel due to the city strike, but the owner has been very patient and responsive to our inquiries. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend this place and come back again!

We had a fantastic visit in Paris. The apartment was spotless, close to public transportation and a fun neighborhood. Easy check in and Martine was helpful and quick with any questions or concerns we had. Would recommend to all ages.

Quintessential Paris apartment away from congestion but close to everything worthwhile

From initial booking until checkout 5 days later, the experience was delightful. Great location, views , self-contained and well appointed apartment. Hostess was super helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay, so much better than staying in a hotel.

We're so glad we found this apartment. We had a wonderful stay, and were so happy to have a well-equipped kitchen and an excellent produce market, bakery, and market only a short walk away. Although you're facing away from the more notable landmarks in Paris, the view is still stunning. There are metro stops nearby, and we found it very easy to get around the city with this as our home base. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this property.

Would stay there every year if I could. Location is great and the photos really don’t do it justice. The views are amazing. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. Couldn’t imagine it being better. Martine was so helpful and responsive. Hope we can come back someday.

Elegant, Comfortable Home

Our family of five was thrilled with our stay at the apartment. It's a beautiful property, and the location is wonderful -- numerous bakeries and restaurants nearby, and right across from Sacre Couer. Don't be dissuaded by lack of AC (which isn't allowed in the historical building), its location on the hill kept us cool and comfortable even on hot days.

Fabulous property

Had a great stay in Paris. The property is very spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and clean, with terrific views of Paris. It’s nicely situated in a historic district neighborhood with easy access to shops, cafes and multiple metro stops. The host Martine was very friendly and responsive. The checkin process was very simple and easy. We had a grand time and hope to return soon!

The location is great and the views are even better! Martine is ON it in terms of communication. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to be together as well as have their Ian space, if that makes sense. All of Montmarte is pretty accessible from this apartment. Easy access to the Metro as well

Perfect spot for our first stay in Paris!

We loved the property and the neighborhood! There is a beautiful view of Sacre Coeur from the window and the lights at night are beautiful! We found the neighborhood very comfortable and the nearby restaurants excellent! While we explored much more of the city while we were there, we all really liked being in Montmartre. Amazing Apartment

We loved our stay in Paris and this spacious apartment worked perfectly for our family of 5. Amazing location, close to metro and easy to get around the city. Restaurants just steps away. The Montmartre neighborhood is lovely and I loved being so close to Sacré Coeur. And I cannot say enough compliments about the view from the apartment! The perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The apartment was super clean and Martine, the host, communicated well with us to make check in and check out so easy. I hope I will come back to Paris one day and I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is a short 5 minute walk to Sacre Coeur (which can be seen from some of the windows) in the beautiful Montmarte area. Less than a 10 minute walk to at least 3 different subway lines also allows easy access to anywhere else in Paris we wanted to go. The apartment is quite large and very bright as there are large sliding glass windows in the main area that open onto a beautiful view. 2 spacious bedrooms and well appointed kitchen. Finally, the host Martine was very responsive and helpful in any communications. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again next time in Paris.

A Slice of Heaven in Montmartre

This apartment is immaculately kept and has two incredible views: all of Paris from the living room and first bedroom, and Sacre Coeur from the large, sit-in kitchen and second bedroom. It is precisely as photographed, though even better once inside since the views from each of the rooms are truly the crowning jewel of the space. The layout is perfect for several people. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the long apartment, so plenty of privacy is at hand. The furnishings are stylish but simple and elegant, and quite comfortable. It was sheer joy to begin and end our days here, and Martine was super-responsive, helpful, and terribly kind. Just wonderful. Merci beaucoup, Martine!

Spacious apartment in a Quiet, residential neighborhood

We had a lovely experience in this apartment. It was spacious with comfortable beds in two separate areas of the apartment. You can get a nice cross breeze going across the apartment since windows open on both sides, but if you close the windows at night it gets quite hot in the bedrooms. The views are amazing and the kitchen and living space are cute. We would have enjoyed having ground coffee in the kitchen rather than instant and there was no starter soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bath. Otherwise, it was great to be close to three metro stations and Sacré Couer.

Dream apartment

As I had read, this place is bigger and lovelier than photos can represent. The views and light are amazing. Martine was a delightful host, communicating quickly and comprehensively to all my questions before and during the stay. The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed. There’s no clothes dryer, but there are lines in the utility room to hang up clothes after washing. Even in July, there was no need for A/C (and I’m from Texas and used to it). There was always a breeze through the apartment whenever we wanted it, and good strong fans for every room with a bed. It’s steps away from the views at the base of the Sacre Coeur, and a short walk to the ambience of the Place du Tertre. I hope to stay here again in the not too distant future!

Paradise in Paris

My wife and I celebrated our fifth anniversary in Paris. We considered mid and high-end hotels, but in the end, we turned to Homeaway as we usually do when traveling. Martine's apartment was sheer paradise. There is enough space here for a large family; for two, it is like you have your own penthouse with personality and warmth. The view of Sacre Coeur is within sight right outside the street side bedroom, which is peaceful and quiet. To hear the bells chime was magnificent! The neighborhood has so much charm and character, with amazing restaurants right up the street and in the old town area behind the Basilica. The space was immaculately clean and inviting. Martine was a very kind and conscientious host helping us in ideas for our stay and with her quick responses to our inquiries. The apartment was within a 10-minute walk of the Metro lines, and​ we navigated the whole trip, except for or day spent in Giverny countryside after visiting​ Moet's gardens. Montmartre is the place to stay while in Paris, and Martine's is the place to stay in to enjoy your time. Do not pass this gem up! Merci beaucoup!

Wonderful apartment at Sacre Coeur

I cannot say enough good things about our wonderful family holiday at Martine’s lovely apartment. Her apartment has plenty of space for a family of four with plenty of light coming in from the windows and sliding doors, with beautiful views of the Sacre Coeur and the rooftops of Paris. Having the additional futon bed in the main room, separate from the sitting area, was a nice bonus as we did not have to make up the futon into a couch every morning, and having the added table and chairs in that room allowed us to enjoy some evening chess games while we relaxed together. The bathroom situation worked very well for the four of us, with a separate toilet room and a large shower room with double sinks and a spacious shower. We loved the location of the apartment, as we could walk in one direction for the tourist area and the other direction for the local resident experience. There are plenty of markets and shops within a short walking distance which made it very easy to keep the kitchen stocked with what we needed each day. Martine was a very reliable, responsive and helpful host, always responding quickly when we had questions during our stay. The apartment was also very quiet at night despite the fact that it is so close to the Sacre Coeur area. We never heard any sounds from any of the other apartments. I cannot recommend Martine’s apartment enough.
