Maison idéale pour une grande famille,proximité des commerces et de la plage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos enfants et nos 3 petits enfants. Les deux niveaux nous assurent indépendance et tranquillité. La piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur. L'emplacement est parfait dans une impasse très calme. Les plages sont proches et accessibles pour les enfants. De plus, Saint Palais est une commune très jolie avec des paysages différents où chacun trouve son bonheur. Nous reviendrons.

Maison de très bon standing avec piscine chauffée et bien située

Nous avons loué cette maison 1 semaine (du 11 au 18 août 2018); nous étions 2 familles (2 couples et 4 enfants), maison parfaitement adaptée pour 8 personnes disposant de 4 belles chambres (1 suite parentale pour chaque couple et 1 salle d'eau pour les 2 chambres des 4 enfants); nous avons particulièrement apprécié: 1/ la piscine chauffée (29 minimum et en permanence, indispensable en Charente) 2/ la belle terrasse pour les repas et son store efficace et très utile quand beau soleil 3/ également une belle salle à manger permettant de manger à 8 dedans si nécessaire 4/ le calme au fond d'une impasse, avec possibilité de garer à 2 ou 3 voitures sans pb 5/ la proximité à pied (6-8 minutes) du centre de St Palais (boulangerie, presse, restau et plages de ville), accès à la plage de la grande côte à 5 kms en voiture 6/ la gentillesse et disponibilité des propriétaires Si nous revenons dans la région, il est évident que nous re-solliciterons cette location!
