Brand new renovation of a traditional Sardinia Stazzu (farmhouse), using a contemporary style to blend in with the wonderful wilderness surrounding the property. The house faces the mystical island of Tavolara, set in an oasis of calm just three minutes away from the shopping, restaurants and bars. A sophisticated underfloor heating and cooling system makes it the perfect place to be all year round.

We have a seasonal pool to complete the experience.

Nice stay

Ben has created a great holiday home in a stunning location. The interior of the house however needs maintanance. On arrival the house / beds werent really clean. The communication with the lady on site was a bit difficult. The pool is just usable June to September.

Stay here for your own paradise looking out to the sea

Great property. Clean, crisp and modern place that we couldn’t fault. The area is secluded so you feel removed from the buzz of the town which is great for a home cooked meal and peaceful dip in the pool. But it is only a 10 min drive from Murta Maria, 20 min drive from a few beaches. It was a perfect place to reset and recharge, whilst still being about to enjoy the food and beach bars of Sardinia. Super close to the airport but you wouldn’t know it. The pool was the highlight. I would highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise, it is breathtaking.

Vista stupenda, interni perfetti

La ristrutturazione della struttura è stata fatta davvero con attenzione e gusto: i mobili e gli accessori sono di pregio, la cucina ha tutto, le camere sono molto accoglienti, con letti davvero comodi (manca solo un piccolo armadio o comunque una soluzione per appendere gli abiti), i bagni sono perfetti! Manca ancora qualche dettaglio ma essendo i primi, fortunati ospiti ci sta. L'esterno è ancora da finire ma gli spazi sono grandi e soprattutto la vista sulla Tavolara è impagabile! Benjamin è stato super disponibile e attento. Spero di tornare presto... Consigliatissima!
