This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, 1 shower next to sauna. Condo located in the Heritage Corner, Settlers Way Development. The property provides a BBQ, onsite Washer and Dryer. The fully equipped kitchen allows a great space for memorable family meals. This condo has it`s very own Sauna with separate shower. We provide bed linens, bathroom and shower towels for each guest and hotel type toiletries/dispenser.

While staying at our relaxing property, guests will have access to our outdoor Summer Pool and Recreation Center. (see below Pool Rules)

IMPORTANT NOTICE !

Important Update !

The pool and recreation centre re-opening includes the implementation of Covid-19 requirements. Property management policy for pool access allows a maximum of 6 guests per property at any point in time and guests are required to register and book their times for pool use.

Guests will have access to the community recreation centre and seasonal pool opening in June (weekends only), July and August (7 days a week) and closes end of August.

Enjoy a short walk to popular Blue Mountain Village or the many scenic trails spanning 100`s of km`s including Bruce Trail, Georgian Trail, Kolapore Trail, and Delphi Park Trail.

During the winter months, enjoy the winter amenities of Ontario`s number one skiing destination.

Property was perfect for what we needed during our quick golf getaway, we enjoyed the space and it was a reasonable walk into the main village and golf course area. Would certainly consider coming back.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Within walking distance to the Village. Condo had great amenities. Kids enjoyed the rec centre and pool. Condo was clean and had all accessories needed for meal prep, cleaning etc.

Blu Tradition

We have stayed in this condo twice now with our family. 10 do sleep comfortably and the TV’s are large. The beds are comfy. The location is close to the Village but in a quiet complex. Very good value for the money!!

Nice property with a kind host

The host was very nice throughout the stay and was on top of communications. It's a nice property, with everything the listing said. The only minor issue might be that some of the rooms got cold at night, but it was manageable. Turning up the heat only heated up one of the rooms.

Family had a great time

My family and I had a great time. The place was clean and as per the photos posted. It was nice to have the grill available just off the dining are/ kitchen. Fulvio was very responsive and was able to answer some of my questions. He let us check in a bit earlier which I appreciated. The only notes I have is for a larger cutting board and to add more balls to the foosball table. But the Pac Man arcade game was great. My kids loved playing it. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was extremely clean and as advertised. Great location in the Blue Mountains with close proximity to Blue Mountain Village & a short drive to Collingwood. Property Owner (Fulvio) was great to communicate with and responded quickly. Will definitely inquire on availability when traveling back to Collingwood!

Convenient and pleasant

Close to the village. Nice neighbourhood and friendly residents. Owner is friendly and very helpful, all questions were answered in a timely manner. They went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

Great location and family friendly unit

Great experience at this unit for a family consisting of seniors adults teens and kids. Fulvio was very friendly, responsive and a great host! Unit had some usual minor wear and tear, however this unit is very family friendly accommodating people of all ages! Great location near the Village but just a bit away for some quiet. Comfortable high beds and lots of space!
