Brand new one bedroom condo just one block from the famous 5th Avenue. Our condo is very spacious with open plan living and kitchen area with modern appliances. The living area includes a large sofa bed, tv with Netflix and Sky and fast WiFi.
The condo has a fabulous rooftop pool, terrace area and gym where you have views of the ocean and Cozumel. We also have underground parking and 24hr security.
