The climate and altitudes, where the olive and almond blossoms rub shoulders with snow and ice in the peaks in spring, form varied landscapes with the seasons. When hiking, you can criss-cross the country thanks to kilometers of marked paths, on foot, by bike, on horseback, with a donkey or with your feet in the water of the rivers flowing at the bottom of the gorges.
