This ocean front, five bedroom penthouse condominium is a one of a kind on the island. Located on the third and fourth floors, the lower level consists of a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, two master bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds (that can be made into a king) plus a half bath. The second level offers two master bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped bar and bar lounge with flat screen TV, and a large sundeck complete with comfy lounge furniture and a stainless steel BBQ. With over 4000 square feet of living space and incomparable views of the Caribbean, this luxurious condominium will make your vacation stay truly unforgettable.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one and two bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Brittany and Mike were the best hosts. Picking us up from the airport, scheduling all of our excursions and always available when we needed anything. The unit is beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone. Very well stocked. The pools are a big bonus.

Amazing

We had a great time and the condo suited our group perfectly with a variety of ensuite options giving everyone space to spread out. The host was super responsive and helpful. It was our 4th time to San Pedro, but our first time at this property and we loved it!

beautiful views

the management far exceeds most managements. Kimberly and Chad do a wonderful job in communication, booking island flights, golf carts, airport pickup, tours, a one stop shop. the condo is very nice, wonderful views, the upstairs deck being my favorite spot in the morning and evening. Coco Locos next door on the beach is a great bar and small restaurant, the kabobs are excellent. The onsite pier was perfect for any tours on the water as they pick you up there.

Unbelizeable!!

This was our second trip to Ambergis Caye. The first being ten years ago. We had just as much fun as we did then. The location of The Landings was perfect! We also enjoyed our evenings at Coco's Loco that is right next door. Thank you Brittany and Mike you both were amazing and so great to work with!! If we return, I will not hesitate to book here again. Thank you!!

Perfect holiday

The two story condo/villa was even better than the pictures showed. From the initial booking to the departure Brittany and Mike provided a 5 star experience. Their communication was extraordinary. They booked our flights to the island, reserved golf carts for us, met us at the airport, took our luggage to the condo, got us to the cart rental, explained everything about the condo and the area and responded within minutes of any questions or issues. The condo was even larger than we expected. Each of the five bedrooms were en suite with a king bed. There were several living areas and several patios overlooking the water. The location was perfect. Close enough to town, but far enough away for relaxing. We have stayed other places in Ambergris Caye, but will definitely be coming back here.

Excellent service, beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. Well designed and decorated. Kitchen is stocked with all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans etc. It was very clean. Location is nearly in the city, so if you like to be near the city - this is your place. It is quiet on the property and you will not be bothered by outside noise. Brittany and Mike were very responsive and accommodating. Delivered water and other supplies almost immediately. They carried our many many bags up the four flights of stairs. There are a lot of stairs up and down. I would book this condo again. Its just terrific!

Great location

This is a very nice place for large groups. However a little maintenance should be done. We wanted to use the BBQ and it was out of propane. Perhaps keeping an extra bottle on hand would be a good idea. Shower heads in upstairs bathrooms were not putting out a good flow. But we would stay again. None of these issues were deal breakers. Was very nice and helpful to have drinks there when we got there and having our plane reservations made for us was wonderful. Thank you Kimberly for taking care of that.

Unbelizeable!!!!

We had the most wonderful trip! A huge portion of that was due to Brittany, the property manager! The house was wonderful, the views were stunning, and all of the accommodations in the VRBO were perfect! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels, beach towels, and other nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool on property as well! I can’t say enough about Brittany! We booked three excursions through her all of which were incredible! They made our check in and check out so smooth. They created us at the airport, had the rental golf cart ready, drove us back to the property and showed us all around. Just incredible! We really didn’t have to do anything but enjoy our trip. Seriously! This is the best experience that we have ever had at any VRBO in the past. Brittany and her team get a 5 star rating and then some if I could!

Very nice condo with a great location

The condo was very nice for our group of five friends. The views from the condo and balconies are really fantastic. It was very spacious, clean and fit our needs well. The location was also optimal—just to the north of town with good access to both north and south of the peninsula. We did have some issues with consistent hot water on the main level of the condo. You should also be aware that wireless access is somewhat limited—especially if you are counting on connectivity for business. The pool was close and convenient; the pier for fishing charters was also very close. There is also a neighborhood type bar next door with friendly people and was a great place to relax before dinner. While we were there, the saltwater pool was not operational. You should also note that there is no beach on the property only seawall. Kimberly was very friendly and easy to work with on all aspects of the rental. We had a good time and would return to this rental again in the future.

The hosts were amazing and made everything flawless. Britney was very helpful with setting up the puddle jumper, an excursion, golf carts and giving us information about local activities such as the boat parade. The place was also more amazing then the pictures showed with so much space and very well maintained and had everything you needed. We are telling all our friends and hope we can go back and stay with them again soon.

Excellent Family Vacation

We highly recommend this well furnished and well maintained property. We were a family of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The view was absolutely beautiful. Kimberly and Chad were very helpful and were quick to respond to any requests. They worked behind the scenes to ensure our flights to San Pedro were adjusted when our arriving flight was delayed, making the start of our vacation stress free. We hope to stay at this property again.

Group trip for 40th Birthday celebration

Highly recommend this property and doing business with both Kimberly and Chad. They literally went above and beyond for a group of 19. Even after facing a rare hurricane that was a direct hit to Belize and the islands, Kimberly gave us reassurance that everything was fine and intact for our stay. She provided great communication and transportation options for our arrival and departure. Overall a simply wonderful experience and even better accommodations at the Penthouse suite. 4 NIGHTS IN PARADISE

We were in San Pedro for a mission trip, and chose this condo due to it's size. 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bath, perfect for a large group. Plenty of space in a beautifully appointed condo with a million dollar view. Property manager was very accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed and replied very promptly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to any large group looking for a big place to enjoy the island. BTW the location is great, right north of the bridge, so close to town, but not "in" town.

Graduate Trip

We were two families with three graduates. The condo was centrally located with plenty of room to accommodate all 10 of us. The assistance given by Kimberley and Chad was top notch. The service of being able to book all excursions and paying once at the end is very helpful service provided. I highly recommend this property.

No Stress most enjoyable Vaca.

The house was in the perfect location to access everything by golf cart. The PM had everything arranged and ready to go, a smooth transition from the airport and drinks in the refrigerator. We set up some excursions with them and they were so much fun. We had all of our adult kids and spouses and we would highly recommend this house. We will also use the same PM again when we return.

Excellent Unit, Location and Hosts

This unit is perfect for 8 to 10 people, it's well furnished and maintained, the location is outstanding, and the hosts Kimberley and Chad couldn't be better. Whether you want to rest and relax on the private top deck, sun next to the pool, chill in hammock or schedule a tour this is the place and the hosts that will take care of it all. It was wonderful for my family.

Spring Break in Belize

We booked the condo for our family of 5 over spring break - the condo was amazing! So much room - each child had thier own bedroom and bathroom which worked wonderful! The sun deck was perfect for watching the ocean and enjoying the weather - the condo was very clean and stocked with our pre requested drinks already chilled when we arrived! There is a fully stocked grocery store and a bar and grill next door! The kids enjoyed both the pool and salt water pool - Kimberly and Chad were wonderful hosts- they provided perfect recommendations for dinner, shopping and helped book our golf cart, snorkeling and fishing trips and were always quick to reply when we had any questions! I highly recommend booking at the Landings!

Spring break with family

We needed a condo that could accommodate 7 family members with four bedrooms. A6 fit us very comfortably with large rooms, well appointed kitchen, nice linens and fabulous top floor deck overlooking the ocean. Kimberly and Chad were excellent to work with in booking the property and as well as booking extra activities on the island. Location is great too, just a short distance North of San Pedro.

The Best Condos in San Pedro

Had an awesome time at The Landings Tres Cocos! Our condo was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed to have a great time. The team brought our luggage up, provided a mobile, and prestocked our fridge with beverages. Their service and attention to detail is AMAZING. Kimberly always answered my questions quickly and efficiently. Lastly, sitting outside on the top floor you felt like you could touch the stars, the views and warmth of this property is truly worthy of multiple visits.
