Welcome to Backroads Sunset & Mistico Beach Club + Boat Shuttle with access to our very own PoolClub within the gated community. 5 bedroom Gorgeous Villa , first floor has three bedrooms with queen bed in each and their own full private bathroom. Second floor accessed through stairs has two bedrooms with queen bed each and a shared full bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully stocked chef`s kitchen. Private indoor screened Pool! All 5 bedrooms have a Queen bed. Yes, the bedrooms are actual bedrooms with a privacy door on each!

The whole private property is accessible to our guests.

Our Property Management team is available throughout your stay with us! 24/7

We are located within Mahogany Bay Village, the only Gated Community on Ambergris Caye!

Mahogany Bay Village has many different bars and restaurants you can access within 2-5 minute walking distance. The property has private parking for up to 3 Golfcarts.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

This property is located on a wonderful resort, the concierge exceeded our expectations and was attentive and helpful, and the food on property is delicious. There were 8 adults and we had plenty of room.
