The villa is ideally located in a secure estate, surrounded by lush greenery that ensures tranquility and privacy. Around you, hills, scrubland, and Mediterranean flora, with views of the Valcros Golf Course and in the distance, the Isle of Porquerolles.

The approximately 150 sqm villa consists of 4 bedrooms accommodating 8 people, with an individual heated pool, overlooking the Valcros golf course and offering views of the golf course, hills, and sea.
The two-level villa includes on the ground floor a spacious living/dining area, a semi-open kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom, and a toilet.
Private heated pool with child protection through an alarm.
Just minutes away from the beautiful sandy beaches of l'Argentière, l'Estagnol, Brégançon, and Pellegrin, as well as the pier for the Isle of Porquerolles. 5 minutes from the Club House of the International Valcros Golf Course.

For your comfort: air-conditioned rooms, fiber Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, and heated pool.

Pool heating only upon request and with an additional charge of €100/week.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit €1200 (by credit card, not charged), tourist tax (according to the current rate), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €160.
