GOLF FREE GOLF with condo with transfer of golf membership(for a man and woman or one adult and one child). You will pay River Strand for the transfer fee -$575 You pay only for golf cart rental or small fee if walking. Transfer fee covers all of the facilities at River Strand. Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, turn key ground floor unit, with 24/7 security. Home overlooks hole on the Estuary golf course with fabulous water views in a fabulous gated community, offering 27 holes of professional golf in a golf and tennis club setting. Facilities include expansive 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan style Clubhouse with bar, formal and casual dining, 3500 sq. ft. 2 fitness centers, and 7 resort style pools, 6 tennis courts, 6 pickle ball courts.

Condo has professional décor throughout a great floor plan which includes foyer, eat in kitchen with rich wood cabinets, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, and brand new stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer, dining room, living room with a large LED TV, large master suite with king bed , spacious guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a LED TV. A pull out Sofa bed is in living room. Two full size baths include oversized stall shower, upscale fixtures and tub. Linens, towels, and dishware included. Rent includes all utilities . Wireless Internet, phone, and Cable included . . Country Club shares and Golf shares can be transferred if staying a month minimum at the price of $575.00. You can play free every day(pay for cart). The transfer fee also allows you to choose the two gyms, 8 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and access to the main pool and Tiki bar. You always have access to the 6 satellite pools.

River Strand is located near the most major theme parks, world renowned beaches and terrific outlet shopping.

The Tampa, St. Pete's and Sarasota Airports are all within 30-55 minutes

A Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed Terry's condo. Lovely view to the pond and fairway; lots of birds, beautiful landscaping. Condo was well furnished and equipped. The owners were very welcoming.

The condo is very clean, with a great water and golf course view. The owner is very nice to deal with. The unit comes fully equipped and has a dishwasher, washer and dryer that make it easy to care for your personal property. The gold course is very nice and the pool area is large and has a good food and beverage court. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, there is plenty to do in the adjacent areas.

My stay was ok. Probably won't use this location again. I thought the greens fees were a little high considering I paid a transfer fee that was a little high. I also felt that some of the residents weren't too friendly and didn't make me feel welcomed. It was a hospitality issue. I do like the general location.

Thanks for your comments. You have to realize the transfer fee also gets you use of all of the facilities River Strand has to offer. 7 pools, 2 gyms, 8 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and the clubhouse Thanks again for staying at our place.

Home away from home

River Strands is a wonderful community. We rented this condo for 42 days and it felt like home! It was very clean, beautifully updated and well stocked with essential needs. We loved sitting on the patio watching all the birds and we checked everyday to see if we could find "Alfonzo" the alligator. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. I loved going for long walks looking at the beautiful scenery. This condo is perfect for golfers and nongolfers as it has something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!! Terry is very nice and was very quick responding to my messages. Thank you again Terry for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We loved every minute of our stay!!

Fell in love with the view from our lanai. We walk everyday within River Strand
Enjoy golf and pickle ball and using the pool and gym. 6 Tennis Courts. This is an active community and so easy to meet people. Love the security and closeness to shopping and the highway.
27 holes of golf on 3 beautiful courses. 2 gyms . 7 pools. and 4 pickle ball courts right on the development grounds. wildlife all around.

Free golf and use of all facilities with the Membership transfer($495)
All you have to do is pay for the cart. Very nice clubhouse and restaurant.
Tiki Bar and happy hours at the Main pool. two hot tubs and a Lazy River.
Condo has everything you need to enjoy the lifestyle. Just bring food and drinks
7 pools, 2 gyms, Tiki Bar, Pickle ball and Tennis courts.
