Shorewalk Vacation Villas Ressort has been providing a unique experience for visitors to the west coast of Florida since 1988.

Located in the heart of Bradenton, two bedroom/two bathroom, self-Catering condos and vacation rentals available for short-terms and long-terms stays.

Shorewalk Owner offer the convenience of white sand beach from Anna Maria Island and Longboat key, Siesta key the best beaches from Golf of Mexico don't forget the shopping centers(Ellenton outlet), fishing and entrainment, golf, and more all short a distance away. Free parking on site.

From Sarasota/Bradenton Airport take41North to Cortez Rd, left (West) on Cortez to 43rd St W turn left on 43rd St w and turn right in 45th Avenue West. Palm of Shorewalk (only building with a green roof).

Driving time: 20 minutes.

From Tampa/St. Petersburg: Take I-275 South to Exits#5, Route19(Which turns into Route 41 South), to Route41, Follow 41 South to S.R.64 (Manate Ave)turn right(West) on Manatee to 43rd St W. Turn left(south) on 43rd St W. Shorewalk entrance is south of Cortez Rd on 43rd St W.

Driving Time: 45 minutes.

From Orlando: Take528 Beeline Expressway West to I-4. Turn left(West )on I-4to I-75.Go south on I-75 to Exit 220.

turn right(West ) on State rd 64 to 43rd St. W Turn left(south)on 43rd ST. W. Shorewalk entrance is south of cortez Rd. on 43rd St. W.

Beautiful place. Would definitely stay there again. My only critique is that I would provide a bar of soap for the shower. It’s small but it’s usually something that people do not bring with them. Other than that it was fabulous!

Location is close to restaurants and stores. Great place to stay with well equipped kitchen and was cheaper than a hotel and much roomier. Only drawback was flooring could use updating.

Short spring trip

Excellent accommodations and host. We had an awesome time golfing and watching baseball. Great location. Pool and and amenities superb. Only cons we had was a balcony to enjoy the weather with a view would be ideal. Also a little more lighting would have been helpful. I would recommend.

Amazing Vacation

Condo was very clean and nice location to where we wanted to visit was perfect alot of shops restaurants and beaches. Equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back. The owner of the Condo was very easy to get intouch with and answered all our questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was spacious, clean and quiet. We liked the location because it was close to Walmart and places to eat. The beaches were just a short drive away. We would stay there again if possible.

Perfect Week

My family and I loved our stay. Condo was very clean, nice and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect. The host was wonderful and provided exceptional communication. We highly recommend this rental. We will be making plans in near future to stay here again.

May Stay

We have stayed in this development twice before and have been very happy. This unit is in need of some major upgrades. The counters and vanities have old formica tops and the following was observed: - carpet had spots and snags in hall and MBR - right outlet in MBR one socket was not working - blinds missing and bent at sliding door - stove knobs loose - microwave had a rusted spot in the corner - rusted freezer racks in fridge - dishwasher is extremely loud - MBR bath vent very loud - dresser drawer stuck - wasp nests in stairs and walkway - broken iron board - toilet in guest bath not flushing properly The positives: It was clean and had a newer washer/dryer.

Last-minute find

I decided to extend my stay in Bradenton with only a few weeks to book another VRBO. This condo was exactly what I needed. Not only was it cozy and quiet, it is part of a complex that offers great amenities. Anything I needed was generously provided. There was also lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay again!
