tolle Aussicht und viel Ruhe

Wer es ländlich und sehr ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und das Haus ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir nichts vermisst. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das Obst zur Begrüßung, Wasser und den sehr wohlschmeckenden Wein. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber, dass wir hier eine wirklich schöne Woche auf Sizilien verbringen durften.

Villa is architecturally beautiful. Didn’t need to use the air conditioning. View was amazing and outdoor areas lovely. Only downfall was the pool, we tended to call it the paddling trough. Small and shallow, not pleasing at all. Previous tenants had broken the lock on one of the sliding doors. Never replaced while we were there so had to lock valuables in the bedroom every time we went out.

Fantastic Property

The property (melograno 2) is beautifully appointed and has everything you would need. We travelled in early may and stayed for 10 nights. The entire area is beautiful with orchards and wildflowers, great beaches nearby. We had to little kids with us who loved the house and outside area as well. Dealing with the agency has been seamless and friendly. Highly recommended.

Superbe maison dans un cadre exceptionnel

la maison est très belle, très propre et bien équipée. Il y a différents espaces extérieurs pour profiter tout au long de la journée. La vue sur les vignes et les oliviers est superbe. La piscine est très agréable. La région est très belle et permet d'associer repos et farniente et visites touristiques et culturelles. Tout a été parfait.

Quiet and beautiful

We rented this property for a week during September 2018. The house is spotless, very well appointed and it has beautiful views. We were looking to have a truly relaxing and quiet vacation and we found the perfect spot. The property is very well taken care of and Aldo (the manager) was very helpful with our late check-in and with information about the surroundings. Great pool for cooling off and swimming. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Magnifique villa design dans les vignes et les oliviers

Très jolie villa nichée au milieu des vignes et des oliviers : vue dégagée époustouflante avec la mer à gauche et les champs d'olivier en face. La villa design est très confortable et rien ne manque, table pour dîner dehors sous une pergola, petit salon de jardin pour profiter de la vue et jolie piscine avec transats en bois juste en bas de l'esalier. Joli jardin planté d'oliviers bien entretenu. Materiaux de haute qualité. Tout est prévu du linge de maison, serviettes pour la piscine etc. Gentille attention d'arrivée avec du raisin, du vin, de l'eau fraiche. Aldo qui gère la location est très efficace et ponctuel. La villa est bien entretenue et la piscine controlée quasiment tous les jours. Par contre il faut impérativement une voiture (et un GPS), car la villa est réllement dans un petit chemin à la campagne. A 1h30 d'Agrigento, proche de Sélinonte et Mazzara del Vallo, plages toutes proches, eau claire et plage propres. En même temps, on a envie de passer du temps dans cet endroit, tellement calme, avec cette vue magnifique ! Une semaine très très agréable .

Maison moderne bien en harmonie avec l'endroit, qui correspond bien à ce que les photos annoncent.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison qui répondait à nos attentes (bien équipée, bien entretenue, avec du style,...). Elle est située en pleine campagne, entourée de vignobles bio. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et le responsable de la maison se rend disponible en cas de besoin. Le seul bémol est l'étroitesse de la piscine, qui n'aurait pas permis des jeux avec enfants.

We could not fault the house it was simply beautiful, the area it self was quite simple having travelled much of Italy and Sicily we only found a couple of good restaurants which was disappointing. The towns local to the house so not have the hustle and bustle that we are used to of a beautiful Italian town, the coast line was stunning and the beaches sublime.

komfortables Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

wir fanden ein sehr gut gepflegtes Haus mit grosszügigem Platzangebot rund um das Haus. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, reicht bis zum Meer, dass man auch zu Fuss erreichen kann. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und erfrischend. Verwalter und Hausmeister waren sehr nett, Wein und Olivenöl kann man vor Ort beziehen. wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Quiet and relaxing property set among olives and vines.

It would be difficult to find a more peaceful location well away from any crowds and roads, but still within easy reach of many attractions, shopping and beaches. Nothing seemed any trouble for Nino or Aldo and we were well looked after throughout our stay. The only suggestion we can make is an extra mirror in a bedroom as the only decent one is in the bathroom.

Prestation de qualité, propriété très bien entretenue, vue magnifique. Le cadre conviendra à tous ceux qui désirent se ressourcer et profiter du calme. Situé en pleine nature, loin du brouhaha des hôtels, des clubs et de la ville, seuls les cloches des brebis viendront troubler la sérénité du lieu.
