Este apartamento recientemente renovado de un dormitorio se encuentra en Avalon at Clearwater Condo Complex, con capacidad para hasta 4 personas (1 cama tamaño queen + 1 sofá cama tamaño queen con colchón viscoelástico). Todos los muebles son nuevos, incluido el juego de patio para la terraza cubierta. También encontrará una lavadora y secadora “en la unidad”.

La unidad está en el piso principal y tiene todo lo que necesita: ropa de cama, almohadas y cobertores, toallas de baño, plancha y tabla de planchar, secador de cabello, cafetera, vajilla y cubiertos, ollas y sartenes, sillas de playa y sombrillas.

Aparcamiento gratuito, piscina, sala de fitness, televisión por cable, Internet WIFI. 10 minutos en coche y 25 minutos en bicicleta (carril bici dedicado) a Clearwater Beach y varias otras playas. 30 minutos en coche del centro de Tampa y el centro de San Petersburgo. 1 hora 45 min. a Disney World (Orlando, FL).

El complejo se encuentra a poca distancia de la tienda de comestibles Publix, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, excelentes restaurantes, tiendas, transporte público y 5 minutos en automóvil hasta Walmart 24/7.

Avalon is a great location. Condo was very clean and well equipped! Our host Catinca was so quick to respond for any of our inquiries! The pool is beautiful and warm!We would recommend this condo and we will return!

Great rental!

Had a great time visiting the Clearwater area. The condo was great! It was clean, well stocked and in a great location. The owner was so helpful and attentive to all of our needs! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Cute place in a great location

This well stocked condo was the perfect place for our 6 night stay in Clearwater. We very much appreciated having all the necessary items such as laundry detergent, hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent etc…The bed was comfortable and the linens provided were great! The kitchen table was nice for our game time and the sofa was comfortable. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or screened in patio. This is a great place for 2!

This condo was in a central location - 20 minutes from most everything. I had everything I needed in the kitchen. Clean. Host was very responsive. No issues at all. I would stay again.

More than perfect

We loved our one week stay at Catinca's condo. She provided everything we needed and more. Communication was more than excellent. Condition of the condo ist A++++. Only 10 minutes to the beach, shopping across the street, what more can we want to get. Thanks.

We were more than happy with our stay. Catinca was a real gem. She responded to any question we had promptly. Her property was relaxing and was spacious and very clean, with great amenities. Great vacations!

The apartment was great it looks like the pictures are shown! It was really clean and had everything I needed for a comfort stay. I would book it again. Thanks also to Catinca I had always the feeling that I could asked for help, if needed. (There were no problems at all during my stay, so I did not need anything!) Avalon 4.5 stars

I loved the unit’s layout, decor, easy access to the pool, and helpful host, Catinca. The front gates were closed well before 9:00 one evening while I was walking the premises, which left me stranded until a I got assistance from a security man. Another time the gates closed during the daytime. Hope they have been repaired.

Please note that you should not have been stranded outside of the complex regardless of the day and time since we provided you with the passcode for the gates prior to your check in and the access card made available to you inside the condo. We have no control over the window of time the Avalon management and security lock and unlock the gates, however we provide all of our guests with two secure ways of accessing the property at all times: passcode and access card. Hope this information will help as a future reference in the event you will decide to return as a guest in the Avalon complex again.
