Beautiful, rural house in a wonderfully scenic location. The house is well equipped, the pool is perfect and the extensive grounds are beautiful too. The house is quite remote and so very quiet and peaceful. Nearby town of Lauzerte is very pretty with places to eat. Eric (owner) answered any questions we had very quickly. Very highly recommended!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances!le calme est au rdv et la maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce du site.Une mention spéciale pour Jean-Claude,qui s'occupe de l'intendance de la location sur place,pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Quelques détails qui fâchent

Une maison et un environnement remarquable. Bien qu'un peu vide (manque épices, sopalin, café, fer à repasser, pas de charbon, allume feu...) cette maison est très agréable à vivre. Les espaces extérieurs sont très sympas et bien exposés (ombre ou soleil au choix tte la journée) et une vue très sympathique. Toutefois, nous avons eu quelques soucis. Aucune personne à notre arrivée, impossible de communiquer avec le propriétaire, impossible de changer la température de la piscine laissée à 26,5°c (bien mais pour le petit de quatre ans, nous aurions souhaité rehaussé un peu la température...). Un ménage très mal fait et incomplet (salle d'eau et wc sales et plein d'urine). Pour une prestation payante c'est très moyen. Mais bon mis à part ça franchement, rien de bien important. Sauf que pendant notre séjour nous avons pu remarquer 3 caméras dont deux bien dissimulées dans des arbres (côte parking et piscine). Problème !! Rien ne nous avez été dit à ce sujet. Avant de remarquer ce détail, nous n'avions pas forcément pris soin de s'habiller à chaque moment de notre séjour ou en sortant de la piscine... Ce fut pas mal angoissant de ce dire que peut être le propriétaire ou son relais sur place, puisse nous regarder et éventuellement nous voir dans notre plus simple appareil... Le jour de notre sortie de lieux, le propriétaire n'a rien trouvé de mieux que de justifier son silence concernant ma demande sur notamment le réglage de la température et expliquant que pour lui c'était convenable ...je n'ai pas souhaité à ce moment là lui parler de ses caméras. C'était peut être là mon erreur s'il en est. Un ami après mon départ m'a conseillé de ne pas laisser passer cette histoire de caméra. Après une prise de contact par mail aveccle propriétaire, lui adressant mon mécontentement, il n'a rien trouvé de mieux que de me dire qu'il fallait lui en parler...lui qui ne répondait pas à me demandes... Bref d'un petit problème de communication et de disponibilité, cela a créé gros problème d'insatisfaction et surtout de respect de la vie privée.

Super Séjours !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme. L'emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez passer des vacances au calme et reposantes. La vue est dégagée sur la nature, les chevaux.. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, pour passer un agréable séjour . Les extérieurs sont superbes, une grande piscine, avec transats, une terrasse avec tout ce qu'il faut, des coins ombragés pour les périodes de fortes chaleurs . Hamac, jeux pour enfants... Tout était parfait . Nous y reviendront avec grand plaisir !

Awesome property, perfect place to relax!

The property is very isolated but has all the luxury needed to enjoy a nice family vacation. The pool is awesome and definitely adds to the experience. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the entire house was very clean.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au calme dans une maison très bien équipée. La ville de Lauzerte à proximité et le maraicher proche de la maison sont un plus. Juste revoir l'éclairage de la piscine et vers la piscine que nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner.

Un séjour de rêve au calme et en pleine nature

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eric et Martine. La maison est confortable, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. La piscine est très appréciable et les transats invitent au repos. Les trois tables d'extérieur permettent de déjeuner au soleil ou à l'ombre. Et la vue sur les bois et les champs de tournesols est imprenable. De nombreux détails pratiques rendent le séjour inoubliable. Bref, la maison du paradis comme diraient mes enfants...

Outstanding get away from it all property

This property is rural and there is nothing in the village so you would require a car. It is very private as there is no-one on site and a plethora of birds, cicadas, deer etc. as it is on the edge of a valley and surrounded by woods. This is our ideal holiday and we have stayed in many properties and gites in various departments in France and Italy. The pool was large, private and well maintained. The house was well stocked with everything you would require. All cleaning and linens are included but you would need to bring your own bath and pool towels. It is near to Lauzerte and Moissac - both lovely, historic towns. Or further afield Albi, Toulouse, Ausch. I would not hesitate to recommend this if you want complete peace and quite and an away from it all holiday.
