Top story, second floor unit with private entrance in a small, gated community. Watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony along the entire oceanfront side of the building with views of Christiansted and Buck Island-- seating to enjoy your coffee and libations. Quiet atmosphere and an easy beach walk to The Palms restaurant and bar. Washer and dryer in unit. Trade winds & ceiling fans keep this unit cool throughout the year. Impact windows/sliding doors and full condo A/C installed July 2020.
*Booking the same day as checkout day for others is not possible. Most flights out are late afternoon and as such we allow guests to stay comfortably at the condo until it's time to show up for their flight out. We've found that this greatly reduces the last day stress of a rigid checkout time. It may seem like an inconvenience when booking but will be greatly appreciated on your fly out day!
