It has two bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed 2 + 1) with new bedding and quality. High Speed ​​Internet Access. Ideal for family, couple, group of friends or surfers.

Perfectly located in a natural setting, close to all shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, rotisserie, fishmonger, scoop, wine shop etc.) and many restaurants and bars by the sea, you will appreciate the calm of a garden 30m ², South facing. Plancha at your disposal.

Easily accessible by motorway, train station and airport, you can park your car in the reserved space, drop off your luggage and make all your trips on foot, by bike or by bus. Bike paths and free shuttles to the hyper-center are at your disposal (night bus until 5 am).

Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief super. Wir konnten ungeplant früher einchecken.Die Unterkunft hat einen eigenen Eingang und war sehr sauber. Insgesamt schöne kleine Unterkunft, wir waren zu viert. Das Doppelstockbett im Obergeschoss ist in einem Durchgangsflur und hat keine Tür oder Fenster, ein kleines Oberlicht sorgte für etwas Licht, das Schlafzimmer eine Tür. Rolläden überall. Die Dusche ist im Obergeschoss, die Toilette leider im Erdgeschoss, ohne Waschbecken, keine Lüftung . Die Hände konnte man dann allerdings in der Spüle in der Küche waschen.Sehr süß eingerichtet mit vielen kleine Details. Insgesamt eine nette Anlage. Nähe zum Strand Marbella ca .300m, zum Strand Milady ca. 600 m ( für Familien der beste Strand, immer nutzbar unabhängig von den Gezeiten, bewacht und Gastronomie vor Ort) , der nächste Bäcker liegt bergauf ca. 10 min zu Fuß, Supermarkt in der gleichen Richtung ca. 12 min zu Fuß. Der nächste Intermarche ist mit dem Auto im 10 min zu erreichen. Internet reicht zum Streamen, ansonsten sehr lahm und oft nicht nutzbar. Flugzeuglärm (sind wir nicht gewohnt, wir kommen aus einer Stadt ohne Flughafen).Insgesamt jedoch ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Appartement idéalement placé

L’appartement est idéalement situé à côté des plages et du centre ville. Tout se fait à pied. Il dispose de sa propre place de parking privative. Concernant les installations de l’appartement, tout le confort nécessaire s’y trouve. Literie confortable. Nous reviendrons!

Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants en bas âge, nous avons bcp apprécié l'emplacement du duplex, qui est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Facile d'accès, avec un jardin pour profiter de l'extérieur. Pas de vis à vis, c'était top.

L'appartement est bien situé, et fonctionnel. Vraiment dommage que le barbecue - qui est un de nos critères de sélection - présent dans l'annonce (jusqu'au jour de notre arrivée) soit interdit par la copropriété. Donc pas de barbecue dans le jardin au final.

Logement offrant tout l’équipement et le confort nécessaires pour profiter pleinement d’un séjour à Biarritz. Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont très faciles. Appartement proche de la plage et au calme avec place de parking privatif.

Appartement a quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Place de parking privatif juste devant l'appartement très pratique. Petit jardinet permettant de profiter de l'extérieur. Appartement dans une petite résidence au calme à proximité immédiate des plages de Marbella et du VVF, commerces, bars et restaurants à pied.
