Special place to make special memories

Our family enjoyed a week long stay. We had everything we needed and more! The entire staff at all three locations are wonderful and friendly.

Perfect location, Perfect amenities, this was our second time at this resort. We will return for sure. Best snorkeling right out in front of the resort. Comfortable room with everything you need. Staff is attentive and always making sure everything is clean and well kept. Easy check in and check out host set everything up perfectly.

Fantastic stay! Couldn’t have asked for more

We have been visiting Maui for 20+ years so we’ve stayed in various types of hotels and rental properties. For our most recent visit, the Westin Kaanapali served our needs just about as perfect as possible. Our 2 families absolutely enjoyed our adjoining rooms, overall space and numerous amenities. The only issue was on day 1’s checkin as one of the rooms was not yet ready. It was not a big deal to us as we were able to use the room that was ready as well as everything within the property. The front desk manager worked hard to make sure we received a credit and free Mai tais for the small inconvenience. Our kids thoroughly loved every minute of our weeklong stay. We cannot wait to come back. Aloha!

Great unit! Wish I could live in it.

Spacious, nice lanais, all good. (Plumbing needs checking: toilet and sinks in the larger bathroom didn’t flush/drain super-well.) Overall highly recommend!
