Although the house is located in a rural area in less than 5 minutes drive you will find a selection of shops and market. The detached cottage is situated in a quiet rural area, very close to a small chapel (saint venter), characterized by hills, fields, small streams, lakes and forests.

 Guerlédan lake will be emptied in 2015.
Repair work is planned in 2015 when the dam Guerlédan will be empty. For several months (May to September), a unique desert valley in France will be visited. An exceptional event!
