Aloha Manuel, We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your time on Maui. We apologize that the cleaning wasn’t satisfactory. We have logged that the pre-check team had checked everything off as in spotless condition before your arrival and we would have sent someone back if you had given us the chance to remedy the issues. We did not receive any calls from you while you were with us to let us know that there were issues with the cleaning or with the AC being loud? We log all our communication with our guest and there were no missed calls from you. We have had stellar 5-star reviews and the guest that checked in before you and after you have left us 5 stars. We strive to maintain our high reviews and also would have been happy to come immediately to remedy the issues. We cannot fix something if we are not notified. The Bed is a brand new mattress and it is on a beautiful platform bed frame and it is a Real King Mattress. We offer beautiful spanning Ocean Views from the lanai. In the future, please don’t hesitate to call our Service Managers to assist you with any issues during your stay. For most issues, we can have someone out the same day.
