Stunning Ocean View at Kapalua Bay Villas

Kapalua translates to "arms embracing the sea" in Hawaiian. Enjoy one of the most special places on Maui at this 1-bedroom 1-bath Kapalua Bay Villa. Enjoy expansive views & the fresh island breeze from this second level unit with large bay windows & two patios. At the tranquil Kapalua Bay you'll find a sandy beach with incredible snorkeling. Just steps away is the spectacular Oneloa Beach. Many other incredible beaches, sites, activities & restaurants are all within walking distance.

The large living room features a sectional with a comfortable queen sleeper, coffee table, two recliners, a newly built-in entertainment center with plenty of storage, premium sound system, a large HD flat panel TV with cable and high-speed wireless internet. The living room is spacious enough to additionally accommodate one twin inflatable mattress if needed.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful luxurious retreat with a California King bed with a Tempurpedic Liberty mattress, a solid wood/ratan bedroom set, and a private patio on the side. The newly remodeled bathroom has a double-vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a primary closet.

A full kitchen that has clean, modern appliances.

One of the 3 property swimming pools and BBQ areas is steps away from the condo. Kapalua area in West Maui offers championship golf courses, fine dining, walking and hiking paths, shopping, tennis, fitness center and spa (located at the Montage Resort and the Ritz Carlton Resort), nearby zip-lining, and several bays and beaches great for snorkeling, surfing, exploring and relaxation.

Beautiful property with great views of the ocean! Many wonderful places to walk to, including Coastal Trail, beaches and restaurants. Villa was clean and had all the amenities needed. Easy check-in and host was very accommodating. If you are a golfer, the Plantation course in Kapalua was as beautiful as they come.

The view from the Lanai is breathtaking and the walkability to multiple beautiful beaches is great. The unit is exactly as presented in the photos and the owners are great to work with. We’ll be back!

Beautiful ocean view! Loved how the Hawaiian theme decorated throughout the property. Have stayed in Kapula several times and my husband and I liked this property best! Great location and lots of scenic walking paths. Easy walk to beach. The condo was well equipped with kitchen tools for cooking. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely would book again in the near future!

What a view!! Our new favorite spot in Kapalua. Excellent layout of space with extra large bathroom and well stocked kitchen. The covered patio is a nice space for two to enjoy the incredible ocean. A swimming pool is just down the stairs with a grill. The coastal trail is easily accessible and provides a ten minute walk to Napili beach. Also walkable - The Honolua Store has fantastic ube pancakes and delicious loco moco!! Highly recommend getting a spa treatment at the Spa at Kapalua - a 3 minute walk from this condo. We loved dining at The Plantation for a treat (a short ten minute drive) and our go to was a’a Roots in the same nearby shopping center as the grocery and The Coffee Store for excellent lattes! Be sure to check out Lucky Cat in the same center. We absolutely loved our time here and this beautiful condo was a fantastic space to recharge between adventures. Finally the host was excellent. He checked in and ensured all our needs were met. We can’t wait to come back!

Great views! We saw rainbows over the ocean every day. We loved being able to open up windows on both sides of the condo for a nice breeze. The place was clean and the bathroom was really nice. Very short walk to the beach and the complex was easy to get in and out of.

We really enjoyed our time in Maui. The condo was in great condition with no issues. The location was super close to the great Nāpili beach, Merriman’s, the Sea House, the Burger Bar at the Ritz Carlton, and of course the Gazebo. The hiking trails all around were great. The beach chairs were perfect for use at Nāpili beach. The host communicated through out the booking and was ready to help in all manners.

Don has lived on the island of Maui since 1985. He started his helicopter business - Windward Aviation - on Maui in 1990 and continues to run the company. He considers Hawaii one of the most beautiful places on the planet. He calls Kapalua home and one of his favorite beaches in the world is Oneloa, which is viewable from the villa and only a short walk away. On his days off he swims from the beginning of Oneloa beach all the way to the lava rocks and back. After that he goes surfing or wing foiling. Maui No Ka Oi!
